It's 22 degrees Celsius outside. The phone is kept at 35 degrees Celsius (thanks to magisk module, Temperature is no longer 40 degrees)
But there is a problem: due to overheating, the photos are not copied to the cloud. Is there any way to force it to upload everything to the cloud?

Thanks to the mod you're using, NO. lol
Well thanks to the thermal module some processes are stalled... So maybe stick it in the fridge. In general I've seen lots of issues with thermal mods, phone won't function properly.

I live in florida and apparently my phone thinks its 28 degrees outside according to my Sense 3.6 Weather App. any way to fix this?
Well 28° C is about 82° F, so, it looks to me like maybe you're displaying temps in celsius. Try changing temperature setting to display in fahrenheit within the weather apps settings menu.

Hello,
Please can someone write a new application ?
Can with Donate Button and profit on it
Problem annoy many users smartphones Samsung - Galaxy S4 , Note 3, Galaxy Mega and more.
Upon heating cpu above about 50 degrees Celsius (it's showing up mainly when playing demanding 3D games), the brightness is from 100 percent to 50 percent .This is protect against overheating. I need application to prevent the dimming.
if I should this say otherwise
It happens under load for example when playing demanding 3D game.
These are:
in Settings / My Device / Display / Brightness /
the message under luminance regulator :
"to avoid overheating maximum brightness has been reduced"
If there is a dimming (to avoid overheating maximum brightness has been reduced) ,change is not on seekbar. Seekbar is still at on maximum value, but the real value brightness is around 50 percent. If I begin to move with seekbar from maximum to 50 percent , brightness is still 50.
(It reacts to the temperature when reaching around 60 degrees Celsius and begin "to Avoid overheating maximum brightness has been Reduced." When you turn off the game and subsequently cooled to about 50 degrees maximum brightness again)
I have a log from my Galaxy Mega (i9205, android 4.2.2) (created in CatLog-Logcat Reader application).
Log has two parts (screenshot):
part one "part one.jpg":
Time: 20:43:13.972 (log number is 6727) - in this time start dimming.
part two "part two.jpg":
time: 20:43:43:964 (log number is 7159) - In this time maximum brightness again
I also attaching a complete log "log.txt" from my Galaxy Mega That can be opened for example in the "mLogcat_1_2_2_0"
Hopefully this log will help find the source of the problem with dimming and will go switch off or adjust or delete this protective function.
A lot of people will be very grateful if it will go to solve.

Hello guys,
i recently updated to 6.0.1 Marshmallow and I noticed that the camera app has to shut down more quickly due to heat problems.
I investigated a bit and observed that the camera app shuts down at ~ 60 degrees which is like 20 degrees higher than the normal average temperature of 40 degrees.
Is this because of Marshmallow and is there something I can do? I tried to undervolt and stuff but there is no custom kernel for MM
Very strange. When I was on MM 6.0.1 rooted, my Z3 regularly went as high as 90+ degrees when doing backups from TWRP but it never shut down. I have no idea why your camera app closes down when it reaches 60+ degrees. Maybe it's a built-in safety feature in the app.
Have you tried a different camera app to see what happens?

There is this system app called overheat protection. I disabled it and voila now there is no high temperature warning anymore while recording / using the camera.
I tracked the temperatures while doing so. They never reach 70 degrees. So nohting to worry about
how can i disable overheat mode in mm without root

My google pixel is heating u der normal usage. Sometimes i just browse the net or watch some videos and the device gets heated up. I tried using greenify for killing the background processes but it didn't work. Sometimes the peak temperature rises upto 46°C. I also tried factory reset but looks like there was no use doing that. Also I've restricted the background data usage for many apps like the spotify beta and facebook. Under normal usage means using only one app the temperature reaches upto 36°C. Can't really understand what the problem is. Plz help.

Mine is usually in the 30's to 40's. Unless it is hot to the touch you are probably good.
I am using P7Pro and I am satisfied with idle drain, however screen on is using too much battery while I am scrolling, or doing some basic tasks.
In this example while recording it was using much more power than without it (it's obvious), but without recording I am seeing constant 700-1100mah spikes (also CPU spikes a lot, so that's why it is spanking the battery) while doing this generic stuff.
Settings: 45% brightness, Wi-Fi, adaptive brightness, 120Hz, 1440p, stock kernel, no root.
I think that this CPU governor sucks too much juice in order to prevent occasionally hiccups. Do you guys have the same experience? It's my 5th day of using this phone, but don't think that adaptive battery could have anything to do with it.
For me it's hard to tell if it's high.
I have tested my Poco F3 with 120Hz on a custom ROM for you to compare.
( The P7P didn't arrive yet)
I did no video recording but took two screenshots at highest (swiping) and lowest (idling) clocks.
CPU at 100% during normal usage for me too. As in, not using camera, GPS, video, etc. Just using apps, opening and closing social media.
Android always did that to make the device responsive, I guess things didn't change(must be the default scheduler) . Is it as soon as you toch your display?

s22U is not doing it like the Pixel is.
Turn off smooth refresh and test again.

Not getting that myself, strangely. Using Simple System Monitor and root privileges, I put a CPU load overlay on the screen and performed various tasks including scrolling through settings, scrolling through social media and opening a few other apps and using them. The CPU averaged between 30%-40% load. Sometimes it would touch 50% but not often.
