I am using s10e, I have unlocked the bootloader, I have loaded the lineage pixel experience etc. Now I have loaded the stock rom and locked the bootloader, but the play store certificate and cts match failed, and the software update shows as up-to-date (although I am on the august version) what caused the problem?

I've searched for a answer all over XDA, but it seems like there's just no way to fix my issue, or is there a solution?
The problem that I've currently got is that my bootloader is locked (I used the OnePlus-Windows-Fix-One.zip to get back to stock, but I didn't know it would re-lock my bootloader). And because I of course didn't reset the tampered bit to False I'm now currently stuck with Tampered = True and Unlocked = False. I've tried all kinds of methods to boot a custom recovery, but I later on found out the exploit for this has been removed in the update after CM11 25R.
I've seen people talking about rooting their device without a unlocked bootloader or a custom recovery (Kingroot). Would this be possible with Cyanogen OS 13 on the OnePlus One?
Thank you very much for all the answers in advance!
Edit: The way I would resolve this issue after rooting is installing a custom recovery and flash the tampered bit reset zip.
Just as the title describes, I am wondering how to update my bootloader now that I unlocked it using Sunshine. I continuously get boot loops when trying to install custom ROMs and I believe it is attributed to the bootloader.
If I only unlock my bootloader (and don't install Magisk right away), will my phone still pass the Safetynet check or will the unlocked bootloader trigger it? Or is it just root that triggers it?
BTJ
Yes, unlocking bootloader unrooted will trip safetynet on stock kernel. You will need to flash snoke kernel for bootloader unlocked and non-rooted to pass safetynet.
Ok, that was what I thought, thx..
I am not technically rooted anymore, I only have twrp and a unlocked bootloader. I am on 9.0.3 oxygen os and have no magisk. Root apps don't work and root checkers say I ma not rooted so I assume I am not rooted. How would I relock the bootloader so I could use Google pay?
Hello everyone, how safe are devices with an unlocked bootloader?
Are devices more vulnerable with their bootloader unlocked?
What happens when someone unlocks the bootloader of their device?
Does it make sense to install Lineage OS on a device that will then have an unlocked bootloader however with TWRP password protected and not rooted?
IMHO for good reasons Android doesn't come rooted, doesn’t come bootloader-unlocked out of the box: unlocking a phone's bootloader creates severe security risks.
