Hello XDA developers,
When using Brave web browser and deleting all browsing activity, does Brave still save site Data for the websites I visit?
Every time I delete the web browser's Data there is this "unchecked" box for "5 sites" what does this mean exactly?
This is a little confusing to me and I would like to understand it.
Also, my Brave web browser always keeps storing "60 MBs" or more of Cached's Data, no matter how many times I clear Cache, it always comes back to the same.
And I don't understand why.
Here I have attached a screenshot of what I am describing.
Any ideas?
Thank you everybody.

How To Clear All Cookies And Site Data
Click on the Menu icon in the top right, and go to Settings

Deselect Browsing history and Cached files (if you only want to clear cookies)
Click Clear data
That's how I'm doing it.

In regard's to the block's I thought I had then setup perfect but when I press the button's nothing is happening
Button 3 is named youtube
-1 instance of activity started has been placed onto this button
-the action given is "android.intent.action.VIEW"
-the Data Uri given is "http://http://www.youtube.com/tglancers"
The block's are layed out like this
Can anyone point out where I have gone wrong?
Recheck the Data Uri, seems like you should have gone with
"http://www.youtube.com/tglancers"
instead of
"http://http://www.youtube.com/tglancers"
I was looking at other people's block's on youtube and I found that what I was missing was the Launch.......StartActivity
I have the GameBattle's and Forum button's working. But for youtube even though its setup as a web page on the browser its not launching.
And yea.... cheer's for pointing out the http://http:// error
Ok I deleted the youtube button and started again and it work's fine now.

I think i finally got it...don't know how but i did.
I called Sprint and spoke to a tech. What you need to do is go to your Gmail on the web browser in desktop mode. Click on the tab that says "more", then click on the tab that says "drive." Mske sure you're still in desktop mode on the "Welcome to Google Drive" screen. On that screen you're going to want to select the "more" tab again and a drop down selection box appears and you want to select the "photos" option. Once in there, you should be able to delete single photos or entire albums from instant upload. Once deleted here, thwy no longer appear on your device. I just did it, and t worked like a charm.*
Good luck!

So I after a long time saw what apps were consuming data on my phone and its rather disturbing what I saw. This is one month's figures.

Why on earth is talkback using that much data when I dont even have the service enabled??
Next up is nova launcher prime. I did grant it permission to collect data but that much in just a month??
Next up is beautiful widgets, again why on earth does a weather app need to use that much data??
Next up is clean master, I dont even use it that much so how could it be using that much data?
The last one is actually the most shocking one "MultiTouch tester" app because I havent even opened that app in like months.
Is it really normal for apps that gather data to do it that much in a month? Not only does it seem a problem with privacy but also with battery life under wifi. Remember all of these apps have many downloads and great ratings on the play store so its not a case of them being shoddy apps.
What is your opinion on all this?
Hello everyone! My name is Sarah aka WanderWoman and this is my first query on XDA. Here goes...
I found this "stelios_alepohori"

in my Google account "My Activity" today and I'd like to know what it is. I've searched Google and DuckDuckGo with literally 0 results. I feel like I might have a virus because my phone is getting slower and glitchier by the day. At this point, I can't even use my phone while plugged in because the screen shows I'm tapping stuff that I'm not - 1s instead of 9s, etc. Is this "stelios_alepohori" a virus? I've included a screenshot. Any information would be very helpful! Literally no results...that rarely happens for me.
Update: the funky screen activity when charging was due to a faulty cable that kept fluctuating power. It's still slowing to a crawl and locking up a lot, though.
Follow the trail
I also found this in my google web and app activity history, nothing on google search so I highlighted the link and chose "copy link". In plain text it pasted as the web address for an APK app of the adult site variety. My google account is logged into a shared device so all the data lines up and I'm satisfied that its nothing malicious but you should repeat what I did as it may be a broad title that covers multiple actions.
Can you tell me what app??i see it too on my activities
If I check my mobile data usage I can see an app called 10361 that used about 100MB mobile data. I can't find this app in in the list of installed apps. The phone is a NOT rooted Pixel 4a. Any ideas on that?
Scrolling through my list of apps that use mobile data, I did not see anything labeled like that. Are all your apps from the Play Store or other reputable app store?
Yes, except Adguard, but that should be fine.
I can click the app under mobile data useage to get more info, then click the icon to get to the app info screen... So a that get you to anything useful?
I'm including screenshots of me clicking on Teams in case the description isn't clear enough.

I can click on it and get a screen like your second screenshot. But it doesn't show an icon or a name and I can't open the app info from this screen.
I've seen recently deleted apps show up in a similar way. Is there anything you have uninstalled lately that might fit the bill?
Perhaps, I'm not sure. Usually deleted Apps are group under a "deleted apps" entry. Why it's not in this case?
