dont disturb notifications cant changeable so when dnd is on it display notification icon in status bar .i know there are apps to hide the notifications from notification panel but i want to see dnd notification when i pull down the status bar so i want minimized dnd notification so is there any adb command to change the notifications priority settings to make it silent and minimized ?

All I can find it's turn off all notification for app. Can only find some Google official APP have such a setting. Can not find the setting in third-party APP. Pop-up notification is kind annoying in some situations like watching movie.
Sorry if this has been asked, I searched but didn't find anything. I like to have my status bar nice and clean and just rather see my notifications on my lock screen or drop down menu.
Running Android 10 on a Pixel 3. I would still like to receive notifications but I would like my status bar just to show the time on the left side. I know you can silence notifications and hide them from the status bar but I still would like to get notifications in the same way other than seeing the icon on the status bar.

I know apps you want running in the background consistently might need a permanent notification.
So I'm just wondering if it's possible to remove certain notification icons from the status bar? So that the permanent notifications from i.e. my real-time security app can still be running in the notification panel but it's not cluttering up the status bar next to my clock, stopping new notification icons from showing like emails or texts.
Is there a way to hide an app's notification from the status bar and the notification panel while it plays a sound or show the pulse light but not the notification.
I've root and using a Nougat AOSP based rom.
Or maybe just make it a fake disguised notification
