Whenever I say, "Hey Google, take a screenshot" the phone takes a screen shot. Then the screenshot appears on the top half of the screen. "Nearby and "Edit" also appear. Where did the screenshot go?
I'm at a loss here, can somebody help me out?
Google Photos/Library/Screenshots?
Open Google Photos and tap library. Screenshots are the second selection in "photos on device"

Hi,
If the "Show search bar" option is unchecked then the option for removing apps from the home screen disappears, "Remove" usually appear where the search bar is located (when you drag an app). The same thing happens if you want to view "App info" or "Uninstall" , nothing appears if the search bar is off. I am using 29/09 build, although this has been present in previous builds as well.

Hello,
does this phone have the "tap to take pics" option (you tap anywhere on the screen, camera focuses and takes picture when focused)?
I can't find it anywhere.
I now I can use alternative app but still, why would samsung remove this function?
Many of you might know this trick but those who do not know this can use it
You can take screenshot of snaps quietly meaning your friend will not know that you took a screenshot i.e. NO NOTIFICATION
How to take screenshot:
1. First enable Google Now on Tap from google now settings.
2. Open snapchat and open the snap you want to capture.
3. As soon as you open the snap long press home button and now on tap will activate
4. Press the share button in now on tap menu
Now you can send the screenshot to your friend or upload it to google photos or google drive, i dont know how to save it to gallery if anyone knows please tell me...Enjoy

It only works on Android 6.0 and above

Thanks, does it still works?
You can use a screen recorder as well. If you have a phone running Android version 10 or above, then there are chances that it comes preinstalled with a screen recorder feature.
To find it, scroll down from the top of the screen to open the notification panel. On the top, you will find a quick access shortcuts bar.
Within the section, scroll and find the Screen Recorder. You might even find the Screenshot option in there.
Here’s how we will be using this screen recorder tool to capture Snapchat stories without notification:
Open the Snapchat app.
Find the story you want to capture.
Scroll down the notification panel and tap on the Screen Recorder option.
It will begin recording your screen. If it isn’t already, then tap on the record button.
Now open the snap story and watch through it.
Once done, tap on the stop recording button.
The screen recording will be stored in your internal storage. Or in the specified folder if you have changed the default preferences.
It is important to note here that screen recording, at times, can send notifications too. But it works for most people.
So since you are going to try this for the first time, I will recommend you to try it with a friend who won’t bother you by taking screenshots of the snaps or stories. I found some more ways here to Snapchat screenshot stories but not sure which will work like airplane mode.
It has been displayed occasionally until now, but it is now displayed every time in Open beta 5. This is shown on the lock screen as well as unspecified apps. For example, Nova Launcher. Also, this will only be displayed for a few seconds, not permanently. Since it is not reflected in the screenshot, it was drawn and reproduced. It's black for clarity, but it's actually white and smaller.
Is there a way to remove this?
I don't know the cause, but it was resolved. What was displayed in the four corners was the trigger (?) Of Google Assistant.
The solution is
1. Disable Google Assistant
2. Enable Google Assistant
Only this.
Please try if you have the same symptoms.
Is there any way to prevent the popup overlay when taking a screenshot? I need to take a screenshot them quickly press a button, but I can't because the overlay takes over the whole interface for a few seconds. I managed to get one frame in a video where I can see the app icon (it hides when you try to identify it), but I can't identify the app, it's just a number "12" as the icon, which doesn't match any apps in my app list (including system). I was hoping I could just toggle off an "appear on top" permission somewhere and be done with it!
Any clues/help would be much appreciated.
