Maybe because the MI 13 ULTRA doesn't exist and you mean the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.

What is the last firmware version in the US? I have the version as attached. The only update I got was in end-August, right after I received the watch.

A new update BUI5 was received for T-Mobile, 44mm, LTE Model: SM-R875UZKAXAA today. Seems Verizon update was also released yesterday.
This is the first update since BUH9 of 25-August.
