Feedback from Oneplus
This particular feature was discontinued with the OS 13 update as very few people were making use of it. Your response is invaluable to us, and we wanted to let you know how important your thoughts are to the team at OnePlus. We will make sure to forward your feedback to the development team.
How can I downgrade my phone to Android 12 (I don't want to get disturbed by apps when I'm on call) ? (this is distroying my night rest).
Can I do this without losing all my data ? Phone is rooted stock.
Easiest way is to simply backup your data and then use MSM Tool to roll back to Android 11 and then update to the version you want.
There is a number of guides if you search Google. Here is one of the many listed.

Hi,
Have recently updated to Android 11 via Stable android update and I am looking for any way to go back to Android 10 via any means necessary. Have already made backups, can not root and unlock bootloader.
Any help is appreciated.
Same!
Yeah. I want to downgrade to a10 too. Is there a way to do it with or without losing data?
You need to, search for the roll back zip on the oneplus Community site. No way to save data,
Hello. Yesterday i installed latest OTA Android version (TB-J606L_S320030_210923_ROW) and noticed that it is really slow and it has even more bloatware that i don't want. I don't need to root it (because of bloatware removal) as i also need to revert it to default state as it was before update.
1. It is possible to find which version i had before this upgrade?
2. How could i downgrade system to previous version (i think it was Android 10 but i'm not sure)
PS: I successfully downgraded/rooted some devices but as every brand has it's specific way to perform downgrade, i'm asking here. Any advice would help and i'm aware of dangers of downgrading/rooting devices (bricking). In any case, it would be awesome to also link unbricking guide for TB-J606L, just in case It's always better to have plan B.
Update: I found source of roms for my device but i can't recognize which versions are old Android 10 and which are the new Android 11.
Hi, so I have a Note 20 ultra Live demo unit N985F/DS. I make calls, everything is working. However it's on android 10 and not getting any prompts for updates. I want to manually install android 12 and would like to know how to go about it and if it being an LDU has any complications to it. Thanks in advance for any contributions
Technically seen moving from Android 10 to Android 12 is an UPGRADE, not an update.
Updates ( read: patches to existing Android OS ) get rolled out by OEM if they deem it necessary.
If you find both a Custom Recovery and a Custom ROM - based on Android 12 - what is sutitable to mentioned device you can start to upgrade at your own.
Hello. I installed Android 13 and I am not satisfied. I would like to return to Android 12. I understood that it is possible to downgrade by downloading the related file for Android 12 which will be placed in the root directory of the phone and then downgrade from the local installation. Oneplus support told me that they are not allowed to help me... Can you help me with a link where I can download the official, stock version of Oxygen 12? Has anyone successfully done this before? Thank you.
Hello,
I've installed Lineage OS 20 in january this year. I would like to sell my phone but before that I would like to go back to android 12 (or 13 if possible).
Can someone link me a tuto ? I don't find any and if I look outside of XDA, tutorials seem to have some inaccuracies and as I don't understand all the steps, if something is missing I may be lost and being block in bootloop ...
Best regards,
_Bilu
