I suddenly started having troubles to watch videos. Especially on WhatsApp and if the video is embedded on web site, for example Reddit.
On WA the videoplayer is just showing the buffering / downloading animation. On embedded videos just nothing happens.
I was on WA beta. I deleted it and downloaded the last stable. I also updated the newest android version. But no luck.
Sometimes WA videos gives me this icon on fullscreen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I'm rooted. Stock ROM and kernel.

Thank you very much! This was the solution.
I only tried older version and those didn't work.

There's a gray box that overlays all flash videos for some reason. It doesn't overlay the complete screen. For example, it looks like:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
???
Which player are you using? Do you get the overlay on other players?

The default browser one...?
Flash 10.2 normal, 10.2 hulu-fied v1+v2, Flash 10.3 normal, 10.3 hulu-fied v3+v4 does this (I haven't tried 10.3 hulu-fied v1 or v2, but seeing how normal Flash does this...).

Try a different player such as QQ, and see what it does.
When I try to play an embedded youtube video, half the time the video goes grey and it just hangs with the loading circle (see screencap). If I enlarge the video it just stays hanging on "loading video". The youtube app works fine, as does the mobile site, it's just when it's embedded on another site that it seems to not work. It does work occasionally, but 9/10 times it just hangs indefinitely. Happens with the stock browser and with chrome. Anybody else have this problem?
Edit: It seems to be just with youtube videos because I just tried one from vimeo and it loaded and played almost instantly.

And this happening only in facebook app. Youtube running fine. I did everything, cleared cache, data, uninstall - reinstall app, updated it.. nothing works. Check the pics below ;

Hi, since a recent android 11 oneui 3.0 update Poweramp seems to start up automatically in the notifications everytime i restart my phone which i am finding a little annoying.
Is there an option within Poweramp to turn this off?
I have attached a pic of how it looks when i restart.
Thanks
James.

Hi,
I have the some problem on my OnePlus 7Pro OxygenOS Open Beta 2.
Did you Know how to solve it?
Thanks.
Update!
Nevermind, reinstalled Poweramp, and problem solved.
Is this normal with arrowos and if so what is the reason? It gets downloaded each time I update or download an app
I've also got a follow up question, where would someone find a reputable gcam download site that isn't some random site off Google?

}
For Gcam = CelsoAzavedo.
The site maintains repository of all Gcam builds as well as configurations.
TriChromeLibrary I assume is related to AndroidSystemWebView/Google Chrome, it should only show up when there's an update for Chrome/WebView (Usually together.)
If it shows up for every single update then something is bugged. Uninstall updates Chrome/WV and install again.
