Hey guys! I want to buy a new smartphone. Now I have Note 3 and I love viper4android and the floating windows. What smartphone can be appropriate?

The lack of any thread in the development section emphasizes this. Be careful with online search results that promise you working root.

[CLOSED]No forum for F3 Gt. Xda is sleeping?

Poco F3 gt released before Poco x3 gt but still has ita own forum. Why such biasnes? Even so many users reported this on a thread but still xda didn't make q separate forum for f3 gt.

I think there is a requests page for making a new device thread, please look there for your device.

Which would be the best budget smartphone with the below in the order of preference:
1) Best GCam
2) Best Custom Rom

OnePlus Nord 2 is probably the best camera you can get for $350. People got gcam running on there.
