Hello Guys I am going to sum this up in as little words as I can to make it easy to understand to you all.
I rooted my Edge 2021 with magisk but after a while I got rid of magisk and unrooted, After some time I relocked my boot loader, I locked the boot loader successfully but the phones /system file got corrupted, the phone is now stuck on fastboot and any other action that I do only brings me back to the fastboot page.
I have tried fixing with my PC but flashing is locked so I can’t flash anything and I can’t unblock the boot loader because the OEM option is now off with no way to turn on and the Motorola recovery tool doesn’t work or help me in any way.
Is there any way to fix the phone? Doesn’t matter if I loose my data.

If i give the oem unlock and tell it to go ahead it'll freeze to the point i have to unscrew the battery leads to get it going again.
Anyone any idea how to get an unlocked bootloader into it, or get it to unlock?
It runs stock 4.1.2, usb debug set.
So i'll answer my own question in case this may help someone.
I used RDS lite to flash an sbf, rebooted to fastboot, did the fastboot oem unlock and it unlocked.
After which it went into a bootloop, so i reflashed the stock.
so now it's unlocked and rooted.
Thanks for coming back and posting the way you worked through it.

OEM unlock? What's this?

If you turn OEM Unlock on you can flash it back to stock using odin and the stock Samsung ROM.
If OEM Unlock is off, you cannot flash it using Odin.
It's a safety feature to prevent unauthorized use. Say your phone is stolen and OEM unlock is on, they can just flash it back to stock (getting around any passwords you may have set). If OEM unlock is off, they can't get into your phone unless they know your password and if they try to flash it to something else, Odin fails.
At least that's my memory of it. If we ever get an unlocked bootloader, it has uses there too.

After flashing local update my phone go to crash dump mode. My oem unlock and usb debugging turned of during flashing. Then i used msm tool and flash again, after flashing my not booting. Just show OnePlus logo and turned off. What should i can do? Is anyone help me? Does my phone permanently bricked?
I very much doubt your phone is permanently bricked.
To get out of Crash Dump, see https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/stuck-at-qualcomm-crashdump-mode.1316587/#post-22185541
I've found the MSM tool to work really well. Make sure you use the right version for your phone.

Fastboot Flash (secure) only

I have a moto e5 wont boot normaly or even turn on. Although I am able to enter AP Flashboot Flash Mode (secure) but thats it. The only option that does anything is 'Barcodes' which is no help. Also tried using 'Rescue and Smart Assitant' that does or says it found the Firmware and the flashing from them begins eventually saying 'flash succees' and reboots but it wont never reboot and the only way too see anything on screen is to go back into 'fastboot flash mode' and right back where i originally started. My PC does recognize the device using 'Tiny Adb and Fastboot'. Any Suggestions ???

it basically means you are oem locked. I had the same problem, turns out I have a verizon pixel which I didn't know. I'm currently trying to figure out a way to oem unlock it, the best solution i found was a program called dePixel8 but that is only half working, it get stuck on the third command i have to run so I'm trying to figure out what to do, but it does sound like people have had luck with it, i just don't know what i'm doing wrong.
