I installed the WearOS port and I want to come back to Tizen but when I go to the wireless download mode i see a green text and I can't see the watch AP in my computer

Been trying to flash my uscc (clean esn) sg4 to pageplus,,, tried alot of things, even had a remote flasher come in and try..nothign working,...still get "mobile network not available"..

Today I connected my phone to a wifi and then that icon pops .Does anyone know how to fix it or what is it?

Is there any help for condition as in picture?
No matter what i do, there is no change. I am able to install new firmware threw Odin, and it says success, but after reboot it goes back to the sam screen from picture and stays there..
