[Completed] CM for Huawei P8 Lite

Hey,
I'm a new user of the Huawei mobile devices and I would like to get some help from ya'll to flash CM12/12.1 to my Huawei P8 Lite.
Please be kind enoughto post the steps too.
I could not find any steps on XDA nor on Google

I need root

How can I update my Huawei Y7 2017 (TRT -LX2) to 8.1 or 8.0 from 7.0?

This is the phone I have just to be clear https://www.gsmarena.com/huawei_y7-8687.php
Huawei doesn't have an update for my phone past 7.0. Can someone please advise on how I can update it? I'm guessing through a custom ROM? Is there any cons to doing so? Would any custom ROM work on my phone ? What do I need to do? What's the process?
Direction and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you !!

I don't have this device but, you should be able to locate a thread for support and member guidance within the following Enhanced Tag link that's specific to the Huawei Y7 device.

The ET is just the first step for a device for the XDA Admins to, eventually, determine when to create a dedicated area on the forum for a specific device. Typically when the amount of threads on an ET link reaches 3 or more pages.

Own a P40 Pro ELS-NX9 and want to convert it to a China rom to Install Harmony Os.
Only find tutorials to switch from China to Global and that's why i ask for the oppositate.

You need to change the oeminfo first

Seems it's possible but it will cost you 40$..
