Hi,
My s10e g970u is offering me good use, aound 5-6h SOT
I can't make a definitive decision about updating to 4.1 as I constantly get notification, as I fear losing battery efficiency. Is there a definitive opinion on it? Knowing that rolldown is not possible.
Thank you
Welcome to XDA.
I wouldn't. I have two N10+'s, one running on Pie the other 10. There they will stay.
Rule #1 - if a OS is fast, stable and fulfilling its mission... let it be!
Either use Package Disabler or adb edits to disable this app.

I unbloated quite a few now.
Regarding this update,
wssyncmldm + soagent are the ones to disable , thank you for this usefully tip.
Now runs still smooth, around 5h SOT intense use maybe a new battery may improve this score

I am new to Android and have my HTC One S and seems as though my screen on time is much less than my keep awake value. I have only push email on in terms of sync so not sure what else i can do. I have attached some BetterBatteryStats but am unsure of what they mean. Any chance someone could please help to determine if they see the cause? I should say i am getting about 10 hours out of my battery....again new to Android so not sure if that is expected...i hope not. thank you.

If your rooted I can help you out, personally I'm not a fan of better battery stats but it does give you some information, it looks to me like your on the phone a lot in 10 hours but a friend of mine released something that will help a lot if your rooted.

You can stay stock, no need for flashing anything else if your not ready for it and it won't hurt the device.
I can show you how to add init.d without having to install a rom and install the mod after.
This is the results for today and I've used it a lot.
Hi there.
This is version 2 of Android Battery Widget. It displays your phone remaining battery life by how much the android man is filled up, and gives you an optional percentage reading below.

A couple of bugs have been fixed, it now loads instantly and the "Without battery percentage" option works correctly.
It has had a complete overhaul in the way it looks. It looks sleeker, and more at home in the newer versions of android. It uses higher resolution images which look crisp even on the highest resolution devices.
Feedback is extremely useful to me on here so please if you have any criticisms or problems with the app I would be very grateful if you could let me know.
Cheers and enjoy!

We have a decent logging inside L Speed but it can be improved. Since we strive for simplicity I have some ideas to suggest
And yeah, if someone recommend simple/advanced logging, I won't do that, it's a bit overloading.
Do you like something like this?

Root Apps
For root applications logging should not be simplified IMO, especially since a single switch in L Speed can (and often does) trigger multiple actions. Each action should be clearly documented in a single line as is done today for many L Speed options (thank you!). However, logging for some are missing while others only indicate a switch was set w/o accompanying detail. Looking forward to improvements in future releases.
I would agree with @Davey126 .
Hi, I have always followed you and I believe that ONLY on XDA you can find the best content. I am writing from Italy and together with a friend we are giving new life to old mobile phones that would otherwise be thrown away. We managed to find over 50 old s7 edge SM-G935F and now we would like to create a small homemade cryptomining rig through termux + xmrig, Something like this:

"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
We have tried some of your great custom roms but are still not convinced that we have found the best one for our purpose.
Here are the only things we need:
1.Termux app
2.OTG (ethernet) connection
3.Remote connection to the device
4.Kernel
5.cpu / gpu
All the services that are normally installed on the roms would take up useless memory. In your immense experience, which Rom can we use for our project?
Any advice is appreciated!
Hi folks, I will be receiving my Honor 50 Pro very soon.
I wI wanted to know what relevant apps/tools I could use to put the phone through its paces to ensure it has no defects.
Thanks!

The app doesn't generate any reports or results, but each successful test turns its button green, while a failed or interrupted test appears in red. The app can also attempt to steer you to a repair shop should your phone need to be fixed. The basic version is free with ads, but you can pay $1.99 to go ad-free.
I think Antutu Benchmark is best APP for measures your device's overall performance by running a series of tests on its CPU, GPU, RAM, and storage. It provides you with a comprehensive score and detailed information about your device's hardware. official website
