The first picture is what the system said when I tried to unlock the bootloader and the 2nd and 3rd picture shows what my phone says when I enter fastboot mode, I quote "Warning the function had been switched off for information secure, forced open would be at risk". Pls how do I deal with this issue?

Finally, it doesn´t matter, in a device that has a locked bootloader, fastboot is useless.
Let me know a thing, you mentioned a custom ROM to flash, which is this ROM?

If your model is a MediaTek powered device, then you probably can unlock your bootloader with this https://github.com/bkerler/mtkclient
Anyway, you say that there is a custom recovery for your device, and mentioned LineageOS, but, if your device doesn´t have a custom recovery, then how do you go to flash it? And which developer developed a custom ROM for a device that doesn´t have a custom recovery, nor can´t bootloader be unlocked?

Hi there, i was on cm7, than i found this rom "Desire XS version 1.1" and I decided to install it, after aroma installation, I rebooted it and now i'm in bootloop and i can't access to hboot, what should I do?
Hi, I assume you are s-on with unlock bootloader? If yes, then enter fastboot(if my memory serves me right, hold vol down and power on). The instructions can be found here. I assume u have already wipe/format and flash the rom, so the next thing to do is flash the boot.img in fastboot, found in the link, step 4.
Thank you for your reply, but i think that i can't access to fastboot

Got an update :
Both of the suggestions didn't work, so i've tried to connect my phone to a PC and tried to use adb to access into fastboot mode, once I've got into fastboot I've tried to install the stock firmware through ruu, but I get an error : USB error

the ruu wont work coz ur bootloader is "unlocked". u need to relock it then run the ruu. and yes windows 8 is a problem with fastboot, theres a few guides here on xda how to use fastboot with windows 8. so either find a way to get fastboot working then flash custom rom in recovery then flash the boot.img via fastboot or relock the bootloader (ul need fastboot commands working for that too) and then run ur ruu. either way, get fastboot working first.

Sorry someone more experienced will probably have to help you. I did loose recovery once i had to flash a couple of different times. I tried locking and unlocking boot loader then it eventually worked. What command are you using to flash TWRP/CWM fastboot flash recovery (Name).img?

No problem. Which one are you flashing twrp or cwm? Maybe changing the recovery/ version of recovery may help. I'm not sure but perhaps certain versions are not compatible with your phone maybe try googling it.

Hi everyone, i've started developing for this device, don't worry about his name(he has different name in different country), if your device model numer is "HUAWEI TAG-L01" you can use this recovery
You can also if you have TAG-Lxx but if you install a zip that check device it will found a TAG-L01
Remember, first you have to unlock the bootloader or it won't boot!! see this thread
DOWNLOAD
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
-reboot into bootloader(you can using "adb reboot bootloader" or by pressing volume down and power and selecting fastboot mode)
-type "fastboot flash recovery recoveryimage" (i suggest to drag and drop your image to the console so you don't have to worry about folders)
-presso volume up and power for some seconds and select recovery mode, allow twrp to write system(to prevent stock rom to re-flash stock recovery)

I am having a problem and cannot find the source.
I have the L22 and have the correct code for unlocking and the phone reports "Unlock pass", factory resets and then reboots.
When I boot back into the bootloader and type "fastboot oem get-bootinfo", it reports "(bootloader) unlocked, not unlocked:yes. Once booted, developer options reports it is still unlocked.
I have attempted to flash a couple of versions of TWRP, they copy and all is reported fine, yet the phone remains on stock recovery.
Any ideas?
Thanks for any help, I'm stumped.
Found a solution: Do not reboot the phone via adb/fastboot, instead after flashing, hold down the power button to restart. Then you may enter TWRP/recovery in the normal manner. For some reason when you reboot via fastboot it does not work.
Hi ..sorry for late question..is this work for tag AL00??

Help Moto G stoping in "Warning BootLoader"

Hello guys! I'm on a G 2015 bike to find a way around it. Good tried the procedures without unlocking the bootloader, but without success! Then I went and I was able to unlock Bootloader and repeat the process to install Roo Stock. But to no avail as well. Does anyone have any tips for solving this problem?
I would guess it stops in bootloader because it doesn't like the rom you've flashed.
Did you flash TWRP?
Boot to TWRP and clean flash something else.
Else flash TWRP and then do that.
Hi there! I had the same problem, but the solution was just wait. It took a full 5 minutes to boot since the warning appeared, but it worked fine. Give it a try, wait 5 minutes (literally) and see what happens. If it still stuck, then try the solution above.

I don't think your bootloader is unlocked.
Have you unlocked your bootloader using the Motorola site? No other method will work.
https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/standalone/bootloader/unlock-your-device-a
which recovery are you using - copy/paste full module name.
The bootloader has been unlocked by the motorola website! When I insert the cell phone, the message appears that the bootloader is unlocked.

EDITED POST FOR WINDOWS:
for windows I think type cmd in search bar, right click on cmd.exe and choose administrative (you may have to enter a password) and do everything in that window.
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
but first tell me exactly which twrp you are using - one is bad.
Better than that just grab the latest from squid and use that. I know it's good.
When it flashes successfully, DO IT AGAIN - don't ask why, just do it - same command.
THEN boot to TWRP and backup your stock if you still have one.
Then and only then, wipe and flash whatever your heart desires.
@Jdoria Please attach the output of "fastboot getvar all"
@KrisM22 "sudo" wont do anything, this is WINDOWS, not Linux.

Oppo phones have it's bootloader locked, there used to be method to break it but they fixed it in 2020 security update. So ig there is no way to unlock it.
adb reboot fastboot, in the exact same time that the command ends its process, disconnect USB from device, just 2 seconds, and reconnect again, it will show a fastbootd screen with the exact same menu that recovery.
Pressing and tapping on the recovery version also leads to download mode, specially useful for Qualcomm models.
This works for many Realme devices. Anyway, in a locked device, there’s no much to do through.
