Probably not for a while, since I am not aware of any rumors of betas, even closed ones.
No respectable company should be pushing out a new product with a two year old OS, but here we are...
I like MIUI though, very Apple-like and the Mi Note is the first Android I am using without a third party launcher.
The update is on the way in February. (CC9 Pro China Developer ROM)

Got security update yesterday and miui 11.0.8.0 but still no Android 10....
Xiaomi is a joke. Second update in a row just for the security update. They will lose a lot of customers if they continue like this

I am glad they are updating the security patch, as that is more important then the os update
I just received the android 10 update, miui 1.1.0.
Now miui launcher do not work anymore but it's android 10.... Yay

Nope. Except maybe a new firmware but that too doesn't matter now.
Some news from the forum. As per a moderator, it may be released around July. Note that HAppybuddhist is a trusted moderator and was somewhat coy yet accurate when saying that we would get MIUI11 and Q and that we may receive 12, But just my opinion it may rollout by end of July or right around 1st week of August.

Was reading a few sites last month all said in Q2, but these were a month old at the time.
But then saw a more recent update and now it said around Q3 or early Q4. So idk at this point it can come up anytime this year
