Pixel 7 pro running Android 13 device fingerprint for migisk hide props
Wut?
I need to pass the cts profile match on my device running a custom rom on Android 13. i tried the magisk hide props module but unfortunately there's no device fingerprint with Android 13.After a bit of research i came to know I can add a custom fingerprint, that's why I need a device fingerprint which has Android 13 running on it.
I hope you understand.
If you need SafetyNet to pass install SafetyNet Fix Magisk module. No idea why fingerprint doesn't work, works fine on Stock ROM. Im pretty sure you to read the OP from the custom ROm you are using, it will say Fingerprint works or not.

I have a (non-essential) app that I can not make to work on my new phone with the following error message:
Integrity check failed
Modifications on your phone have been detected. The app can not be used due to security reasons.
Details: The device is checked for signs of root access, respectively if the bootloader is unlocked. For these checks only local elements are used, no data is submitted to external services.

This is on a POCO X3 NFC with unlocked bootloader, custom ROM (ArrowOS 11) with microG (instead of Google Play Services) and stable Magisk (v22.0) with MagiskHide applied to that app. I have also already tried to freeze Magisk with AirFrozen, which is a trick that works on a problematic banking app, but that did not change anything.
The strange thing is, that the same app (and same app version) does not show that error on a OnePlus 6 with unlocked bootloader, custom ROM (LineageOS 16 for microG) and Magisk with MagiskHide applied to that app.
I have no idea what the difference may be any and how this is possible.
Any ideas?

If you are replying to me, it's definitely not a SafetyNet issue, because my devices haven't passed SafetyNet since it stopped working with microG about a year (?) ago.
Just rooted my Pixel 4a w/ Magisk, on Android 12 DP3. The CtsProfile check is failing, even w/ Magisk hide enabled. I found this fix (https://github.com/kdrag0n/safetynet-fix), but I'm not sure if it'll work on Android 12.
Is anyone else having this issue. Started yesterday for me after years of being rooted without fail. Is there a Google Services update that now runs root check for fingerprint login?
Same here did you get it to work?
Same on my OP 8 pro, Magisk hide, reboot and reinstalling etc didn't work either
Ok, I thought I was going crazy, I have the same problem since last couple of updates... Anybody figured out how to fix it? Maybe an older version of chase mobile?
The new chase app update fix the fingerprint started to work again i got root with magisk and edxposed instaled.try to update the app
Doesn't work for me with app version 4.262 (updated December 15, 2021).
Moto G7 Play (channel), LineageOS 18.1 20211226-NIGHTLY, Magisk v23.0.
As far as I can tell, fingerprint login is the only thing that doesn't work. edit: Quick view balances also does not work.
Just for comparison, everything works with the Bank of America app, including fingerprint login.
I had fingerprint working with root by installing older version and then updating but now I can't get it to work anymore.
Can anyone confirm whether the fingerprint works without root (but with bootloader unlocked and custom ROM installed)?
I'm seeing this issue still in Feb 2022. Rest of app works. Funny how whatever it detects isn't reason enough to block access, just block fingerprint.

Yes. I just reset my device and reinstalled LineageOS. The fingerprint worked. I then flashed Magisk (and enabled Hide for the Chase app), and the fingerprint continues to work. It seems you just need to set it up *before* rooting.
Hello Guys,
I Just wanted to know how I root my pixel 3 with android 12 just guide mn or is there already a thread than give me a link but plz for android 12
Rooting Android 12 works exactly the same as Android 11 on the Pixel 3.
Since there were no obvious guides, I just wrote one for the Pixel 3. Here you go.

Update... Android 12 can be rooted using Magisk Canary
I was able to take an OTA update to Android 12 on my BL unlocked, rooted, custom kerneled Pixel 3! I started the update accidentally by hitting that pop up reminder and after a minute of thinking what to do (i did not want to lose my data!!!), I held down the power button to force it to reboot during the update. I have had this work to stop an OTA update and restore it perfectly to previous state. Anyway, it did NOT work this time, and it updated to A12 perfectly! No loss of data, no loss of custom kernel, but i did of course lose root. Also.... when i checked the update version in settings, it wanted to update AGAIN, from Oct 21 to Feb 22 (which is just an Emergency Dialer patch). My phone still shows Oct 21 security patch in settings, but shows the Feb 22 firmware (...016.C1), which suggests the patch was only a tiny fix to the 911 Dialer and did not affect anything else. So this time i let it update, which i started to think was stuck or looping after waiting about an hour, but finally i checked the progress and it was done, requesting a reboot! So i rebooted it and behold, its now running final security update to the Pixel 3, and all i need to do now is root with Magisk and install SafetyNet Fix. Which is the ONLY thing i can think of as to how it was able to do a factory OTA update while rooted and BL unlocked! The SafetyNet Fix patch may be so good that it bypasses the Google security measure that refuses to allow OTA updates on rooted, unlocked Pixel 3s. Yup, on a GOOGLE PIXEL! I used to have to unroot and install the factory kernel to do an OTA sideload on my old Essential in order to update and not lose data, but i was told that you could not update to new Android versions without losing your data on the P3, so Ii just figured my Sept 21 A11 firmware was the final update until a phone upgrade. Anyway, just wanted to pass on the good news that you CAN perform a factory OTA update from A11 to A12 on the Pixel 3 WHILE rooted and unlocked and with a custom kernel, but I of course have to recommend you do so on your own, and if anyone has an unused or non-daily driver P3 that want to confirm this good news, please do so and help convince the disbelievers ! The ONLY thing i would recommend is that you have the latest "Android 12" version of SafetyNet Fix installed with the switches on in Magisk, which is what i had. Its the only thing i can think of that would allow Google's Safety Net to bypass the security restrictions. OK then, hope a few of you give it a try to show im not a nutcase, lol.
Question kind of related to this... Was the P3 kernel updated in Android 12 to fix that race condition that causes freezes if using systemless hosts? With A11 I always had to make sure I installed a custom kernel before Magisk and enabling systemless hosts to keep my P3 from freezing.
Hi All, I've got the latest build of Android 11 (december) and Magisk v23 installed, and I fail all the attestation safetynet checks including basicintegrity. Has anyone gotten this to work? I do have root which is working just fine. My problem is I can't use one of my banking apps. Ironically it was working on an older version of Magisk, but hasn't since I updated.
