For Stock-Rooted Only.
I don't have this phone but this worked on my Pixel 7 though these are made from Pixel 7 Pro system files.
The purpose of this installer is to generate a custom module that can be flashed in Magisk App. It will have all the mods that were selected from the installer menu. You need to be stock with root and of course you need to be attached to your PC. On first installation, a pop-up asking to give ADB shell root permission will show. Please do so. This will only happen once.
I internet speed indicators do not change colors due to light-dark background colors. The colored statusbar icons should.
After Installing this module, your screen will relock after every reboot of your phone. You unlock it the first time, in about a second it will relock itself and you will have to unlock it again. If that is too much for you, don't use this mod. This also will not work with the bootloop protection module. It will disable this module.
This mod uses the SystemUI Patcher Module Template by @Jai_08 By @cool_modules on telegram
Root required
ADB Instructions.
1. Unzip ADB Mods Installer Files.zip on your PC
2. ADB debugging Enabled
3. Run TulsadiverModsInstaller.bat (Give ADB Shell Root Permissions. If missed on first opportunity, turn on in Magisk App superuser)
4. Flash the SystemUI Base First. It provides the necessary smali files and public ID's for everything to work
5. Go through the other options selecting what all mods you want. It is generally best to start at the top and work your way down.
6. Once finished with selections, run "Finish building Module" at the bottom of the menu. This will generate your mymagisk.zip module in a folder called "ozop" on your sdcard.
7. Flash the "mymagisk.zip" in Magisk App.
This mod also installs a QS and settings background overlay option under settings/Display/Device Theme. There are a few QS tile color options with an option to change the settings background to black.
This is firmware specific. If a Pixel firmware update changes either the SystemUIGoogle.apk or Framework-res.apk, this mod will need to be updated. Uninstall this module before updating your phone.
As with anything else you flash on your phone, you run the risk of a bootloop. This might not be compatible with some other modules. Flash at your own risk.

I'm also including this separate Pixel Launcher mod. Also a ADB Installer. Made from Pixel 7 Pixel launcher but will probably still work. You can change app drawer background-text color (separately for light mode and dark mode), remove Google search bar from the homescreen and all-Apps drawer. Change the number of hot seat icons on home page (and size) as well as change the number of columns in the app drawer.
Instructions are the same as above...Install base, pick options, complete installation. Mymagisklauncher.zip will be in ozop folder.
Remove Google Search Bar
App Drawer background color (Light and Dark Mode)
App Drawer Text Color
Home screen App Text Color
App Icon Sizes 45-50-56 dip (56 is stock)

Wow! I believe this is the only way to get rid of the search bar and it worked! Strangely enough, transparent app drawer did not work.

Hi @Tulsadiver , is it possible to add animations like in your previous mod maker?
How does the launcher module function with the phone when the launcher is updated?
Will it merely not work, or will it have the potential to cause launcher crashes?

Not at this time. Modification to the framework-res.apk resources.arsc causes bootloop.

Like most mods, it would need to be updated if it were to change. I personally, always have Nova installed and it would default to it.
Just tried with everything done right with the may zip for may FW. Unfortunately my system hasn't changed anything with the options I've chosen. Will tinker a bit to see what happened.

I figured out how to make my notification bar transparent, as well as the drag-down bar and status header bar. did it by pulling framework-res.apk, opened with 7-zip, edited the files from within 7-zip (didnt extract them at all), saved the changes, closed up and pushed the framework back to the phone. upon bootup however, once i unlocked the phone i got blasted with a stampede of FCs, all standard google apps and services that run on startup. even after pushing the stock, unchanged framework back, FCs continue. anyone know whats happening?
I think you need to edit the services.Jar file as well

try a fix permissions maybe?
what rom?
im on the stock 8/1 2.2 leak. i figured out a temporary fix, i just modified the files in the smooth sense icons update zip since im using that on my phone, and did the update in recovery that way. it worked, but the only mod that worked was to the notification bar itself, not the drop-down bar or the header, so a services.jar edit is necessary to. which sucks because i dont know how to edit jar files or even navigate them to find what i need to edit lol. im gonna try to combine the smooth icons framework with the services.jar from the 50% shade backgroung update.zip and see how that runs. ill at least have a transparent status background/notification bar. i'll just have to learn java language and figure out the .jar setups on these phones myself and try editing then. i'll get back to you guys in a month
Have you checked out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=744256 , which includes which lines to modify in the services.jar as well as the file to make transparent for the drop down?
Need to merge these two into one...
Heck - I'm very tempt to give it a try - i want mostly transparent top bar with 'frosted' icons - basically so if using default launcher pro, the top and bottom of the home screen match.
Plus, with that setup, it will open up a lot of the screen real estate.

yea i have the combined smooth sense icons and 50% shaded status background. i modded it to have a transparent top status bar, but the actual pull down bar itself (the one that materializes when you drag down your status bar) is services.jar related, im guessing, because i edited that in the framework and it didnt affect it. same with the status header, where it says Verizon Wireless.
after modding the status bar though, i was reminded that the individual icons had there own blackish square backgrounds that need to be eliminated, so im gonna be working on those hopefully today (gonna take FOREVER). when all is finished i'll post up screenshots and find out what everyone thinks, then possibly post up a zip of my own (with permission from jercick who did the smooth icons and whoever did the 50% shade) containing these mods.
In this thread ill show you how to make that notification bar transparent.
1. take the png's ive attached to this post and place them on your SD card in the folder entitled "android themes"
take note of these file names.
2.open ninjamorph select new project
navigate through: system/framework/framework-res.apk. it will then extract all the files.
then navigate through res/drawable-hdpi.
scroll down to "status_bar_background.png" click it and change it out with the "status_bar_background.png" you placed on your SD card that has the exact same file name....then continue to replace the other 6 png's the same way.
If one of the existing png's in your framework does not match the one Ive provided (for example the existing file on your phone ends in " .9 " ) then rename it to match...not all themes are exactly the same.
3. when your done replacing all 7 png's press the blue back button in ninjamorph, select finish project, select the one that says "framework-resapk"
then just keep clicking "yes" ("yes/yes/ok/yes") then ninjamorph will tell you "ALL DONE!" and your phone will automatically reboot.
this will work fine with "launcher 2" and will most likley work with whatever default launcher that came with whatever ROM you mught be using. BUT...
...!!! when using this mod with ADW launcher, launcher pro
or any home replacement app you will need to use a live wallpaper (I use "shake em all" and then just set my own wallpaper) if you want the notification bar to stay transparent. the pulldown will allways be transparent though. (you can also use a live wallpaper called "multiple wallpapers" )

Do you have to root? Stock launchers work? Very nice work.

it does look good.
Will this work with gummyjar 2.5?
Root is required to run ninjamorph. This will work on any ROM. Be sure to put pngs in Android Theme folder (imperative). Works best with stock launchers.
update: tried my LWP again and this time it worked. will update after a few re-boots if it changes back to black, but otherwise it worked this time.
been trying to get this to work but the best I can get is my lock screen to work, but when I unlock to any other home screen or if I go to my app drawer, just a black status bar.
I am running Apex 1.3.1, and additionally have changed out my status bar icons. so not sure if that has anything to do with it, does anyone have any thought on that?
thanks for any thoughts/responses.

ps. a lot of my .png's in framwork-res.apk are 9.png's if that matters, and to get to at least where I am (running and clear status bar in lock screen only) I have replaced those with the new ones. When I finish the project in ninja and reboot, it force closes once, I pull the battery and it reboots. Like I say, after that I reboot after the fc and it loads without an error, but does not give me a full transparent status bar.
thanks again for looking and any help.

I was able to navigate to the folder irregardless of location. Metamorph forces you to use Android Theme folder.
I was able to get this to work but as stated in op you must have a lwp for it to work. I thought this would be acceptable but can't find a lwp that doesn't suck battery, and look decent. I purchased the light grid pro and am ok with it. Shakem up wouldnt display my wallpapers right.
Is there no way to get it to work with a static wallpaper? And in the browser its white. Though it could be transparent and white behind it.
Edit: the browser notification bar is white. Where to change? Is possible?

UPDATED.....
some people brought to my attention that, on other themes, some of the png's end in " .9 " so if you run in to a png on your existing framework that does not match the one ive attched to the OP just rename it to match (usually you will just need to add/remove " .9 ")
so i updated the attached files and added a read me to both zips.
Enjoy!

I'm aware of the "grayish white" when in certain apps....to tell you the truth I havent even tried to fix it. sounds like a good thing to try out right now.
shake em all loads my wallpapers just fine.....hmmm,,,you can try "multiple wallpapers"...and see if you like that..i was thinking about making my own live wallpaper that is just blank as can be and doesnt use up memory/battery..and you bet ill post it up in here if i can ever get that accomplished.

you need to rename the png's i provided to match your " .9 " png's..
if you didnt do this im willing to bet thats why ninjamorph force closed and your having issues....try renaming them and going back through to replace.
btw i updated the attached files in the OP.
there are now 2 versions and i added more png's
if you cant remember wich ones were " .9 " then.....
go into...sdcard/android themes/backup/ and youll see a backup of your framework, you can load this backup and start over if necessary.
This will only work on stock launcher and launcher2 with static wallpaper. It seems others have had success using Zeam launcher as well.
I have launcher pro. I've tried both live wallpapers...no success.
How do I change the notifications text to white? I am using a black/glass status bar background and the text isn't readable (black on black)
Hey,
But can you back up it with out the back up of the rom?
I meant if i want to reverse it - can i reverse only what i have done and not to restore the whole ROM?
so ive attempted to do this exactly as your instructions show something like 6 times... nothing is working for me except the transparent drop down menu. also, ive noticed in my /drawable-hdpi folder, i dont have a status_bar_close_on.png to replace your image with in the first place. im running 2.3.3 and im not running a downloaded rom or anything ( i think?) im still using stock everything as far as theming goes.
help!?!??!?!
Hello everyone. I hope someone read this post and can help me solve the problem. I'm going crazy to change the icons of the navigation bar in my Tab 2 Gtp-3110 (Jelly Bean 4.1.2). The device is rooted, with the exposed and the busybox installed. I tried many tutorial on the web (and XDA) but none of them was functional. Below my experiences:
-SYSTEMUI ICONS (systemui.apk editor): although I have assigned a new personal icon (30x30 32bit png) from the gallery to the existing one, nothing is changed at the next reboot
-Android L Navigation Bar.apk (aka lollipop navbar): After activating the xposed module and modifying the build.prop as suggested, nothing is changed at the next reboot and the navbar icons remain those of the stock firmware
-xstana: it works but navbar icons are all moved to the right and side by side (without spacing from the icons)
-Ultimate Dynamic Navbar: it works, but it's an extra service (about 10 mb) and it's not a real alternative to modify the navbar (otherwise the icons are not customizable and you can only choose those available from the app)
Now I'm trying to modify directly the systemUI.apk but I can not figure out which icons I have to replace. Can you give me a hand?

Old versions, which can only be used on older versions of Android than 12, can be found here
More Themed Icons (Android 12)
On Android 12, you can only change apps' themed icons to icons already in the Pixel Launcher. You can add more icons to the launcher using Magisk modules that provide an overlay, such as this one.

From the FAQ:
Q: Can you implement X feature?
A: Probably not. This app works off modifying the already available files - not the app itself. Whilst there are some mods you can make by editing the Shared Preferences (such as enabling/disabling the Google search bar in the app drawer, changing the top row of apps in the drawer and enabling the "bounce" animation), they get reset every time the launcher loads, so are useless. I can't implement icon hiding, grid size changes, overlapping widgets, or any of your other favourite custom launcher features - use a proper custom launcher for that

Currently you have to do it one by one in the app, or clear the data of both Pixel Launcher and this app (will reset your homescreen layout too). I plan to add a "reset all" option for the next update though

Dang! That sucks.
Additionally, there are a lot of bugs with applying icon packs. Example: I applied an icon pack, but not all of the icons were skinned. Example #2: I tried applying a different icon pack and it just didn't work. So, yeah.
Thanks!

This is probably down to the way the app works. It uses a highly experimental method of running Java code as root, so it's buggy. You may have to apply the icon pack a couple of times for it to work.
In terms of it not applying to all icons, which ones aren't skinned? Are they adaptive icons? If so, you need to either apply them manually or enable the option to apply to adaptive icons in the app's settings. This is disabled by default because 1.) adaptive icons are usually fairly well themed already, unless you're going for a totally different style and 2.) when their icons are changed, you get a glitched overlay when they're long pressed
I am no longer going to make aroma installers. The zip method is very similar and should work whether or not you are flashing modules as long as one of the modules does not mod the framework-res.apk or SystemUIGoogle.apk. Download the zip installer. Unzip it into a folder on your internal sdcard. Find that folder once you are in TWRP.
This what it looks like. Inside those folders are the zips you will flash. Hit the back button in TWRP and go to the next one you want to flash. Continue until you are done then flash complete installation. Nothing is flashed to your system until you flash "complete installation".

Thanks for putting this together.
The biggest issue for me with P is the left align clock. I installed your mod, and successfully put the clock back on the right (where it belongs) BUT -- with stock battery percent enabled there is a padding issue. I grabbed a screen I can upload later but the result looks like 95%7:55

Here is my pixel. Maybe I fixed it after I did the pixel 2.

I think I found it. You flashed a base, then a right clock mod. The regular base comes with a right clock as stock. Flash that and don't flash the right clock mod and see if it looks okay. The right clock mod was a little different than the stock one. I'm fixing it and will upload a new one.
Fantastic - will give that a shot. Thanks.

It's perfect.
Is there a way to preview what the D/U meters look like without installing?
(Assume there are screens in some thread somewhere)

Are you talking internet speed mod or the old stock ones on wifi data?
Sorry - looking for a D/U display of any active connection (cellular or wifi). Ideally on the left side of the right icon cluster (as shown in your screen) but both values in white text.
Is that currently an option?

White is default color but these do not turn dark on light backgrounds

Do you mind telling me specifically which option(s) I should select in the installer? I always launch those with a high degree of confidence, then realize I'm guessing to a degree once its loaded.
Thanks!

Traffic by wifi will put over/under indicators as shown above to the left of wifi icons. Internet speed on the left will put over/under indicators on far left. They will be white unless you pick a color further down in the installer.

So I'm looking for the D/U speed to be on the right (not far right, but left side of right cluster), but when I select that option in the installer, there is no change. Confirmed that selecting left does create it on the left.
Turns out that Traffic By wifi is what I was after. Sorry for the confusion.
@Tulsadiver
Looks like the Bluetooth icon gets over past the D/U -- is this a bug?

No, it stays to the left of wifi.
Using Magisk 16.4 on DP2. OK to use the 16.3 Magisk Aroma Mod?

I heard people are experiencing bootloops on 16.4 magisks.
5/12 Magisk version default base and 6 columns QS working fantastic with Magisk 16.4 here. Thanks for making the tiles bearable again!
Is there a way to keep the status bar icons showing on lockscreen. It seems they're gone after flashing the default base and C6 QS.
Another thing I've noticed is that the clock moved from the left side of status bar to the right. I'm thinking that's because of the invisible power button.
Is there any way to keep the clock on the left, and keep the expected right status bar icons on the lockscreen.
Thanks
left aligned clock stays visible in AOD, it's a bug?
Anyone tried the 3minit battery mod for dp2?
