[Q][App]Google+ photo app problem when want using effects

Hello last time i had the problem with app. I couldn't edit photos cause i got error about resources is not avaiable or sth like this - i don't remember error message. At the moment i had another problem. Error message (i have internet connection active, i am online):

Last time when i had this problem at home it works after few mins cause i had wifi connection and google+ photo download these resources. But now when i am on mobile data it is impossible to use edit tools, still have same error message.
Any sollution?
It is possible to use it offline? and don't work in "cloud"? Without any update?
Ps. I just reinstall google+, cleared cache, uninstalled updates, removed and installed again from play store. Still not work.

P30 "custom android version" carrier overnight update

Hello there,
I was searching on the web how to remove "custom android version" exp(Orange_Software.EU 9.1.0.7(LT))
and i cant seam to find a way.
Can someone help me?
I was in Romania for 2 weeks, visiting a friend, and after one night my P30 had installed THE update
Mod Edit due to IMEI in photo.

From what I've read you must remove your SIM card and factory reset the phone to remove the carrier update

On my p30 lite I get a carrier update. (This update installs logos and apps that I don't use).
How can I tell you that I don't need those updates, only direct updates from Huawei.

[HELP] Error Installation INCALLUI.apk

Hi, i want some help for a installation of an application from OPPO on the Find X 3 NEO .
Google Contact, Phone are installed by default on the device and i hate Google Dialer and i've tried to install some APPs from OPPO and i got an ERROR (file attached)
i tried to installed INCALLUI.apk and i always got an error.

There is no sign in option in REALME ACCOUNT in setting

In order to get access to the realme UI 2.0(based on android 11) early access, log in into realme account is must... But me along with all these people failed to find log in option in the settings manu. could anyone guide us please. I am currently using realme 5 pro, stock Os, stock recovery, no root, no bootloader unlocked. And don't intend to do em either.
I tried reset all settings, downloaded realme store app, realme link app and loged into those but none of em worked, although I am pretty sure factory reset can solve the problem. Since Factory reset will cause casualties so I am looking for any method other than that.

[HELP] Can't install ANY app after flashing

I flashed Evolution X (including GApps) just now. However, I forgot logging out the Google account before flashing. So I edited the build.prop to skip the setup wizard and wanted to install VPN (I can't connect Google directly). But I found that I can't install any apps, and there're always errors occuring when I managing to get the logs.
To be honestly, this is my second time facing this problem, but I only know it's a locker or some other thing to be activated when you recovered the phone without logging out the account. So are there anyone can tell me what this "locker" calling or how to solve the problem?
I only know that I deleted some files to solve the problem successfully last time.​Sry for my poor English

If PM crashes then do not try to eliminate the ANR, let it be on the screen. Now , check Android's LOGCAT, and it will be displaying the cause of error. That should help you find the reason for the crash.
