I need help with my tablet

My tablet is stuck at ANDROID logo. The model of the tablet is QC-7BHD with Rockchip (BND-RK3126-D86-BT A1.0) . I downloaded this ROM rk3126-quadcore-fq-088ka-1024x600-7inch-android4.4-20170104-test.ok.rar from here (i uploaded a picture because i can't provide links) . Is this safe to flash ? Will it fix the issue ?

Hi My phone has failed to mount EFS error after I flashed stock ROM coming from the "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue" screen, I forgot to enable Nand erase. And now I have this issue

What do you mean with "root file"?

my tab is flashed from a shop and now it stucks on booting (logo).....i tried hard reset but no change.

Flashing Firmware without wiping my Pixel 3

Hello all,
if I only want to update the firmware without resetting the smartphone, is it enough to flash the current bootloader and the current radio image via fastboot or do I have to consider anything else?
