Hey everyone! Our team has been working on the app called Chudo, that uses machine learning to turn people into personalized characters. The avatars are generated automatically and look like animals. We have now launched Chudo on Samsung Galaxy S8. We need some testing to do for the early version.
Feel free to download Chudo from Google Play. Just search for "Chudo". It is released by developer "Magic Unicorn Inc.".
We would love to hear your feedback on the app and the technology itself.

Unfortunately, we can't leave an APK (safety and privacy issue). We are currently working on making Chudo available in Chile and other countries (also adding new supported devices).
If you want, I can notify you when we make the app available in Chile, send me your email.

Can't login to Google, no maps in apps, location issue. OP8T

I've recently got OP8T and I was not planning to use Google account on it as I simply don't need it. But since the start I'm having issues with location GPS, the issue is when I'm inside buildings it's not finding location by network/BT etc. eventhough in settings I switched it on. Only GPS outside of buildings works. Another issue is that I do not see maps in different apps like uber or food delivery apps. So I thought the issue might be because of my lack of Google account login, but when I tried to login I get this error "Couldn't sign it - there was a problem communicating with Google servers".
So I'm a bit stuck with lack of network localization, lack of maps in apps, and can't login to Google.
Any idea how to fix any of those issues? Photos of those issues here: IMG

None, stock Android 11 delivered by OnePlus, I just do not use Google on my phone and using Aurora store for apps.

from the screen shots you provided you do not have cell service.
is the radio broken or are you running without a sim?

I tried both, with sim and without. The solution was hard reset and now it works. Thanks for help anyway.

Question Getting an error message when trying to install the Galaxy Wearable app in a work profile

I'm trying to keep from running Google Play Services at all, but it seems like Galaxy Wearable is one of the few apps that simply will not work (will not sync) without it.
However, I was going to try and segment anything that requires Google Play Services in a work profile, but I am getting an error when installing it. I've tried on 2 Samsung devices (S21 Ultra & Galaxy Fold 3), and I'm seeing the same thing.
Any suggestions?

Well it is WearOS so I would imagine it requires some type of play services

I have Play Services enabled in the work profile and it will not install.

Probably have to put your galaxy wearable app in the work profile too would be my assumption

Uninstalling the app you want to update ( technically spoken: to reinstall ) before updating should help.

Many tnx m8 for your reply.Google Play Store is a system app. Not having root how can I uninstall it?

AFAIK the Google Play Store app usually updates automatically to the latest version to make sure that your app store experience is as seamless as possible.

Question Google Timeline

for some reason my Google Timeline has stopped updating from my old Joying Intel Sofia head unit. I have a separate google account that I use for this. Location history, etc are already enabled.
Anyone got any ideas ?

I assume you googled for it and checked these kind of fixes?

Yes done all those except remove & re-add the account. Will try that later today.
[EDIT] did the remove & re-add account today. Will see what happens when I pop to shops later on.

Still no timeline are re-adding the google account All google settings seem to be the same as Wife's UIS7682, so wondering if Google doesn't like the older firmware in my Intel.

Update-1 (in case it helps someone): Deleted & re-added google account again, plus updated cleared cache on G Maps & Play Store. Now got some timeline working again. Will need to see how it behaves on longer journey later this week.
Update-2: Timeline has now been working again for several days. It seems the account reset did the trick.
