General Unable to call to me, mobile network issues - Google Pixel 7 Pro

Greetings.
Jist bought a phone a few days before.
Noticed that 8/10 incoming calls failed, it looks like I'm out of range.
But I'm not!
I faced this on Jan update.
I've been trying all firmwares from google site and recognizes that my network works well on the first November firmware and the latest Beta 3 so I stay on Beta 3.
I realized that modem with version g5300g-220923-221028-B-9229469,g5300g-220923-221028-B-9229469 is quite bad.
But Beta 3 contains newer version g5300g-221229-230118-B-9499472,g5300g-221229-230118-B-9499472. Now my network is good, I can call, everyone can call to me.
However, a new Feb update doesn't contain new modem version, so staying on Beta 3...
Does someone experiencing similar issue?

You don't mention what carrier. Looks like with February they have a separate system image just for T-Mobile.

No carrier, I have a neverlock version.
Have this issue with Kyivstar operator (Ukraine).
Only on Pixel have such issue.
My other phones when I replace sim to them (OnePlus 7 Pro, Galaxy S22 Ultra) operating quite well.

AT&T GS8+ Questions about stock rom, and oreo beta

I have a GS8+ from AT&T, and I am running the official operating system with all updates including December security patch. I am wanting to load the official oreo beta 2 software that I found on the internet, and I want to know a few things beforehand. I am a previous iphone user, and I'm new to the android modification area. I seen that the Sprint and Verizon GS8+ have beta 3, Is the beta 3 software for AT&T available on the internet anywhere? What is the process for going back to official software? Can I download the official rom from somewhere? If not is there a way to extract the official rom from the phone beforehand? I am wanting to do this because this phone runs terrible for a brand new phone, lock screen hangups, stock apps crashing constantly, and in my opinion my 3 year old iphone 6+ was more stable than this phone in every way but the battery. I want to stick with official software because I live in a bad service area for AT&T and I rely on VOLTE where available, and wifi calling where I don't have VOLTE. Any help is appreciated. If i violated any rules please let me know, I am new here.
Thank you
Wipe your phone and start over, you shouldn't be having those issues with your phone unless you installed some app that is causing them.

Poor 4G reception on TMO S7 compared to other phones -- Suggestions for fixes?

My wife got herself a 32GB T-Mobile Galaxy S7 last November, and she's noticed that she gets horrible for 4G reception compared to other, crappier phones in the household, even though we're all on the same carrier.
She's asked me to try to find any way of improving the number of bars she gets, everything from settings tweaks to flashing firmware, up to and including solutions that would require rooting. (Which is big for her, because she's normally opposed to rooting because she thinks it just invites stability problems and crashing.)

I have the same issue with my tmo Galaxy s7 (unlocked). I bought it as an extra phone to use on Cricket, but it is practically unusable (on Cricket using att towers). It will completely loose it's signal in a dead spot, and then refuse to reconnect when the signal returns. It's much better on tmobile (mint) but still one of the worst phones signal-wise I've experienced in years. Great phone otherwise, so would love to be able to solve this problem.

Poor cellular reception Oneplus 6

Hello all.
I have a Oneplus 6 and for the past year have had reception problems. I have had AT&T for many years and my previous phone (Oneplus One) and my current (Oneplus 6) did work just fine (between 2015 and 2018). However, since mid 2019, I have had dropped calls and almost every call I make/receive from my house (located in suburbs of Chicago) the person on the other end can not hear me well (I can always hear them just fine). I have updated my phone OS with the official Oxygen versions as they were released. My thought was that AT&T changed settings on their 3G towers and were denying me the ability to make voice calls over 4G (I can see that when i make a call the icon changes to HSDPA....maybe I am missing something?
So, after countless phone calls to AT&T, I decided to try Google Fi. I have been using both sim cards in my device for a few months now. Google Fi has been good, much better than AT&T, but lately it too has been giving me similar issues.
I am posting here to see if perhaps anyone has any idea on whether or not a new rom (Lineage OS or similar) will help. I am not new to flashing roms, having used Lineage and Cyanogen for years.
1. Would a new rom help my situation? How so?
2. Is there a particularly Stable or popular rom that the Oneplus 6 community gravitates towards?
Thanks!

Funny that you mention that. I have returned to Google Fi after a year and the mobile internet quality has been worse than ever! It just does not work most of the time. Either says LTE, but with an exclamation mark or straight up does not work. I am on latest stock and also wondering if lineage would help.
It seems like putting simcard into sim slot 2 gives marginally better performance? Not sure.
When installing opengapps, you can replace stock carrier services with google's. Might help. I will try it today

10.55.22.in55cb

do we have any information about this patch? I received this one from t-mobile(i have that variant) and having a couple of issues. it looks like it brought the september security update, but the play security is showing oct 2019 as the date and wont update. any information or is anyone having any new information?
They didn't say much in the changelog, but I know it has some radio fixes for 5G and Sprint's network.
I'm on global rom. Wonder if there will be a push for modem on global using tmo sprint sim
I had the same thing happen to me. I am sim and bl unlocked, but I get the message there's an update, but it fails everytime. I've reset my phone twice in the past 2 days but it has yet to come back. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Edit: I'm on an t-mo 2017 10.5.20IN55CB

I would recommend switching to global firmware.

I would as well. But Global Firmware is missing 5G SA I'm pretty sure unless something has changed recently. Its nice to have as its easy to force 5G only in areas where it may be fringe. Which for me results in either 2mbps LTE or 60mbps 5G...

Correct. I've tried both and I had trouble with Tmobile 5g on Global firmware. Also I didn't like the android 11 bugs and TWRP not working. I'm happy for now running 10.5.22 rooted.
As far as the issue people are having, I wonder if 10.5.22 got pulled? It's still not on the Tmobile update page.
I've not had any issues with A11 on tmo. 5g with global rom.
What a11 bugs are you referring to?

Can't receive 4G calls

Hi
Since few months, I don't receive 4G calls anymore and when I call someone in 4G, it needs 10-15 sec before to hear the tone. I need to force 3G to be able to receive calls.
I tried some others ROMS (with clean flash) and I didn't find any solution.
I also tried all the modem firmware (XNPH25R, XNPH33R, XNPH44S) but bluetooth crashed and I didn't have network.

Do you have any idea ?
One plus One has been deemed incompatible to T-Mobile as of Oct 2020. No reason was given other than you might expect is you guys are not replacing your phone and a good phone like 1+1 is making them lose money. ATT to follow on APR 2021. You can argue your case but expect problems. Also check the type of LTE that was upgraded on the towers to LTE + which this phone does not do. I still think if the Carriers are going to make these kinds of changes causing financial stress to their customers than they need to be broken up again until downward compatibility is established or the phone manufacturers make the modem a chip that can be changed to allow the upgrade.
