I'm using Devcheck to see my battery health. I've recently flashed the newest miui rom which is 13.0.5.
I did calibrate my battery after seeing that but still the maximum battery charge doesn't come close to 5160 mAh but only 4647 mAh. I know that battery degrade over time even unused but I just want to know for sure. I have this device for almost 2 years and rarely use it for gaming.

That's pretty good actually. Here's what AccuBattery says about my 2 year old phone.

Hi,
can somebody give me advice? I have quite big stanby drain. As you can see cell stanby and phone idle are high (around 12%). I lost about 10% of battery at night for 6 hours with wifi and data off..I am using latest radio and latest insertcoin rom. Thanks in advance.

Check the running apps in task manager at night before you go to sleep. There may be a game or an app which takes a large amount of RAM and battery power.
Losing 10% overnight is about what I have always seen with my phone..

I killed all tasks just to be safe..didnt help. I got about 180mA when idling which looks bit much. On my old Desire it was 3-5mA when sitting overnight..
There are plenty of threads on battery issues and how to minimize battery loss ... but otherwise one just have to live with the fact that batteries have not improved that much over the years as we would have liked to see.
There is definitely something wrong with the battery. Either its a calibration bug or my battery is fried which is highly unlikely because it was working properly before flashing the deepshining rom
This is before i started playing a random game on my HTC HD7

This is after around 2hrs or so of gaming
As you can see its dropped from 91% all the way to 20% after 2 hrs of gaming which is ridiculous because i can get at least 4 hrs of gaming on this phone when it was interop and chervon unlocked.
This is the voltage at the start of gaming

This is the voltage for the phone after the gaming
What i found ridiculous is that when i started gaming the voltage output decreased but my battery percentage kept dropping at a fast rate.
Could someone check this out for me!
PS: I made the pictures big enough so you can see it clearly lol
ANOTHER PROBLEM : WP EXTENDED
When i try to switch profiles they don't switch properly. What i mean by properly is that if im trying to go from battery saver to user customisation by switching off battery saver and reboot the phone, it stays stuck on battery saver.
So i have been experimenting with roms/kernels in the past few days and have noticed android system is almost using as much battery as the screen. What causes this? I never had this problem before I rooted. I am currently at 69% and my screen on time is only 1 hour. I have tried many kernels and I can't get any more battery life out of the phone. Other than the obvious stuff, what can i do to get better battery life?
You have to show us the BBS log. (Better battery stats) for wakelocks.
I only get like 16 hours of battery life and I could really care less because even if I was left at 60% when I went to sleep it would need to be charged or I would potentially be left with 20% the next day assuming I had the exact same usage and that isn't comfortable so I charge every night.
Keep in mind your cell signal. You can also switch off mobile data or switch to edge or 3g instead of LTE.

I brought the device on May 11 since on that day i install accubattery app since it will monitor my battery's health. . i keep my battery often from 40%-80% charge to keep it good. but when i found out this thread on How to gauge your phone's battery capacity after months of usage https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS7/comments/694urh/how_to_gauge_your_phone_battery_capacity_after/ my battery seems degrading so fast -306 mah for 2 months.?? and my charging cycle is only 67. I didnt experience any overheating since i bought this. i also use normal charging because i think that fast charge wear the battery faster. . . Im abit OC of this phone since it is not removable. . Is the accubattery making this false reading ? or i got a damage battery? what do u think? please advice.

I'm sure that software isn't accurate at all.
bump
The other thing to keep in mind is that battery drain is almost always software related, and barring a bad battery, is rarely related to the hardware at all. If you have an app (or many apps) that create a bunch of wakelocks then your battery is going to crash and burn. I'll agree that my phone is brand new, but I stream music from Amazon Prime music ALL day and by 5 PM I'm at around 66%.

Change the user permission level on that app but I have no clue how to do that as I don't root.
It's really not a good practice to tap the battery below 20% as it stresses it excessively and yields little usable time due to lower voltage/power level. My cutoff is 30-40%.
Li's benefit from frequent midrange power cycling ie 40-72%
If the battery is less than 80% of it's original capacity it is degraded. Degraded Li's are more likely to fail. Replace it before it fails to prevent damage to the phone.

It doesn't look doable. You really don't want to be running the battery down below 20% frequently.
It harder on the voltage converter as well as the battery. One or less of my 100 charge cycles is under 20% or over 90%.
If the battery is at less than 80% of its original capacity, replace it now before it fails.
It's not that big of a deal...
