Mic and earpiece speaker not working in call, but able to use it while on loudspeaker mode, also unable to play any audio.
What could be the problem and possible solution, please help

I use headset to listen to songs during traveling (which most people do ). However when I receive a call and if I unplug the headset while on a call, the phone enters loud speaker mode instead of earpiece. I have to activate and deactivate the speaker on phone twice to handle the issue. Can anyone guide me to a solution that when I unplug the headset while on a call it goes to earpiece instead of loud speaker? I use Moto G and OS is Kitkat 4.4.3. Headsets used : various

I'm not sure what is happening with my Nexus 5 but I have normal sound for videos and recordings but the earpiece doesn't work for phone calls. The microphone works fine, speakerphone works fine, but the earpiece no longer works. I have had to resort to ear buds to have any privacy but that is just a workaround. The sound from the earpiece is otherwise unremarkable. Any ideas?
Hello guys.. My Z5 secondary mic is not working properly.. I just realized it when I did video call with myfriend.. He can barely hear me.. Then I tested it by dialing *#*#7378423#*#*, I can't hear my test voice. But when I speak near the secondary mic I can hear it with very low volume.. So I suspect it is damaged. And I am searching for an app or mod that can completely disable secondary mic and use only first/main mic for every call or video call..

Hi, i am facing a weird issue on my mate 8. The microphone works in call but it doesn't works on loudspeaker mode means the recipient doesn't hear my voice with loudspeaker on. Also the microphone doesn't works with any kind of social media calling like whatsapp and imo.
