Someone help me with a kernel compilation bug [CPU] - Samsung Galaxy J7 Questions & Answers

I would be very grateful for help with a kernel patch I am compiling. I downloaded the SM-G611MT kernel from Opensource.samsung.com
I made some corrections, but I can't fix a CPU problem. My cell phone G610M Exynos7870 has 8 cores, however, the kernel I compiled shows only 4 active cores and the rest is: 0.

Are any devs going to add this to their kernel? It looks pretty awesome.

I have it added to my source, but ATM, my config is missing something and the resulting kernel doesn't boot. It's great when Samsung includes broken configs, but it's something that I'll be able to get around after I work on it some more.

A57 All Big Cores of processor are offline = very low performance

Phone is working very poor..
Now I have arter kernel & recovery but before on other kernels sometimes I saw the same low performance I don't know why, for example when I reboot phone, it's working normal 8 cores, but after some time it happens again, any ideas?
