Hi!
One week ago my POCO X3 Pro 6GB/128GB had a random reboot and it didn't work for around 20 minutes. Then my phone turned on and Poco 's logo appeared but suddenly a white screen appeared. My Poco was doing that for around 4 minutes and then it started to work with normally.
After that issue, my POCO started to have high temperatures in common apps like Facebook or Whatsapp.
Today, one week after, my POCO started to vibrate with a black screen and turned off. Battery percentage was on 70%. The phone turned on around 3 hours later since it suddenly turned off. The white screen was present at the first reboot but when my phone rebooted again, the phone started to work!
I need help because I don't know if a rebaling for my POCO it's necessary and it would solve the random reboot issue or I should buy a new phone.

Safe way: do both.
Buy a new phone, not necessary a Poco X3 Pro. Backup and migrate all your data and apps including any logins into the new phone.
Afterward you can try reballing. You could either keep the old data in the phone, or do a factory reset and then proceed.

Hello everyone, there are few days now that I have some strange issues with the battery of my mobile phone.
First I saw that the life of my battery goes up to 3 hours, using data mobile, where previously it was about half day. Second, yesterday while I was trying to delete photos from photos app, (the battery was about 40-50%), my phone did a random reboot and the battery went to 1%. These kinds of random reboots I had it when the battery was on 15% but also on 30%. The most strange thing of all, when I had these kinds of reboots, all the saved wifi networks that i had, was lost (not always).
Here are some photos from the battery stats.

I want to mention that I'm running android 5.1.1 - LMY48B.
Does anyone knows what is the issue?
What do you suggest to do?
1. Make fix batter permissions from custom recovery?
2. Make a full factory image/custo rom?
3. Replace the batter of the phone?

If the issue keeps happening do a factory reset. Doing 1. doesn't help at all and 3. Is a last resort.
Hi guys, for the last couple of days I've been having an annoying an constant problem, my phone has been randomly shutting down while browsing or playing a game, the battery indicator suddenly shows 0% and the shutdown dialog shows, but while the phone is shutting down the indicator returns to the previous number, when I connect the phone to the charger or I turn it up again it shows the same battery level that it had before shutting down, sometimes it shuts down right after I'd turned it on and unlocked the screen.

If I don't use it or just do some tasks from time to time the battery lasts until 20% where it shuts down as if it had reached 0% and won't turn on.
I've already calibrated the battery but still happens a lot, can anybody help me, please?

This problem happens with all phones as the battery deteriorates. A battery replacement is required to fix the issue.

yeah, It was, I managed to replace it including the glass back that was cracked (one-day it just cracked by itself) for 20 bucks, thanks
Hey all,
My Pixel 3 standard started freaking out today. I have initiated an exchange, yet thought perhaps someone may have had/fixed similar issues. I was in the middle of playing a game and my screen kept shutting off. I closed the application and found that SystemUI was crashing at random intervals, which is what was causing the screen to blank. The phone was also very slow at this time and wouldn't respond to several inputs. I also had a few instances where the phone opened random apps on its own. I tried going into safe mode and I don't seem to experience the issue. I am presently unrooted and on the latest November OTA. I've also tried removing any apps that updated today as that's when the issues started.
I've started the exchange process, yet it's five days out for a replacement and it's going to be painful to be without a fully functional phone for that amount of time.
Any ideas of what to try? I thought perhaps crash logs, yet I'm not sure which to parse...
Thanks!
I too started seeing System UI isn't responding message. Tapping to wake the phone or pressing hardware buttons had a delay in both normal mode and safe mode. I tried reapplying an OTA image from December and same result. So I tried Factory image vs OTA image, same result. Turned off always on display to see if that improved. Same result. Removed any case and screen protector to see if that was contributing, but same result.
I'm having a harder time getting google to initiate the exchange as I bought my device off swappa and can't access the original owner's email or order id. Never thought that was needed - until now. Buyer beware. I bought pixel 1 and 2 straight from google, but went secondhand with the pixel 3. My mistake.

Have you factory restored?
I have tried to factory reset my phone and I'm still having this problem.
It happens at random when getting an incoming call, I can't see the caller screen, the UI is frozen, can't silence it pressing the buttons, can't wake up the screen until the phone decides to let me use it.
It's so annoying.
I am stuck with this issue during this lockdown, can somebody help? Or tell me what worked for them?
Hi everyone
When I charge my phone (showing top right corner) it no longer shows "Charging" with an estimate on the time left on the bottom of my lock screen.
You can normally double tap this message to show the charging animation. When I double tap on the bottom, it does however show this.
In addition to this, I no longer have decimals when charging with the fast charger. It says Mi super charing, but it shows 84% instead of for example 84.32%

Anyone else having the same issues?
To who it may concern. I factory resetted my phone yesterday and everything is back to normal now. I also have animations in my poco launcher which I didn't have before, so it might of been an issue with the poco launcher app. Hope it helps.

Hey, I resetted the phone using the boot menu (power + volume up).
It did cause my settings to be lost, but I backed up using the micloud and was supprised how well it restored my phone after the reset.

Alright man that's good yeah micloud is syncing on my device as well. Just let me know for feedback in reply to this thread if you face lagging or stuttering during scrolling after some days okay..
I bought POCO X3 NFC 128GB (M2007J20CG). I updated immediately to the latest (12.0.8 QJGEUXM) and then I did "Wipe Data" from the recovery menu to start a fresh set-up.
For the moment, only basic communication and music apps. My previous phone is Mi Max 3 which works perfectly and even 3 years after, it gives me a full day with much usage and many apps installed. I haven't transferred all my data to POCO.
Now on POCO, from the first day I noticed a huge battery drain. I start my day at 09:00 with 100% and it gets to 30% at 17:00.
Battery saving enabled all the time, 60Hz screen, and WiFi-BT-Data-Location only when needed.

I did a second "Wipe Data", I got an update to Android 11 and 12.0.8 RJGEUXM. Wipe data again, new setup. Nothing changed. I waited some days for a "calibration" but nothing.

I don't know if this is normal. I believe it's a faulty device and I am communicating with the chinese store from where I bought it to return it.
1) But before that, is there anything I can do to fix this? If you own a POCO X3 NFC, do you get better battery life?
2) Why "Android System" consumes so much battery and is there a way to trace what's behind this?
3) Also, I'm sure I don't use the screen that much.
Thanks in advance for reading.
Don't have a straight answer for you but, generally and unless you debloat it, MIUI is very ineffective with power and system resources -- in my experience, even trimmed down versions like Xiaomi.eu suffer from this, although they fare a lot better than stock, especially with an alternative kernel like Stormbreaker...
I have a feeling you have a faulty battery.
Considering you've taken every single step including the ROM changes and the factory resets. I have ONE recommendation you can try if you already haven't.
Set up the phone as new. Don't add your Google account or Xiaomi account. Manually copy your data and manually install apps you need. Add your accounts later. I've seen this issue countless times where Cloud Restore absolutely breaks the system with broken settings and apps.
If this doesn't work then you definitely have a defective battery/phone. The NFC version usually is supposed to get 8-10 hours Screen On Time but I've seen as low as 5 on some people's posts.
My Indian unit gets about 11-13 hours SoT depending on what I'm doing... But it's never less than 10.
Please check your device.
All the best.

That is possible, too...
I am now communicating with the store to return it back, but it doesn't seem to be an easy process.
Today, I made a wipe data, didn't install anything, not even my Google account. I only used the phone for calls and SMSs for 1 hour in total. I started at 08:30 with ~90% and now it's 20:30 (just 12 hours later) and I have 66 %. Also I think I lost a huge amount during the night.
