I want to reinstall Android on an A8, but the device is not recognized on the computer, I have already tried to install the Samsung drivers, clean the connector, solder the connector, but nothing works, the computer still does not recognize the cell phone, I want to reinstall the android because I have to unlock the Google account but none of the methods are working, they all give an error, so I wanted to try to install the stock rom via micro sd card, can anyone help me?

If you are unable to connect via ADB then download stock signed zip of Stock ROM and place it in your sd card then via Stock Recovery try update from sd card.
Should I put the zipped file on the sd card or should I extract it? And would this Stock Recovery be the screen through which we do the Wipe Data? On this screen there is an option to update via SD

Hi all, mind if i ask some help from you guys?
i was moving my photos and videos from phone storage to my SD card after connecting to PC through USB cable, it took awhile so i just leave it and do my thing.
After i came back for it it was done but when i scroll through my sd card there was nothing inside and all the photos and videos cant be found in phone storage too :crying:
i tried downloaded some recovery software but it cant detect my sd card.( when i'm accessing my sd card, i only able to access it through Portable device section in My Computer)
there is a LOST.DIR folder inside sd card, what should i do to prevent it from being deleted or override?
is there any way to recover the data? there are more than 1k of photo there, all are precious memory when i'm traveling in Europe and UK :crying:

I've messed up my mini totally. I can't get into my phone, when I start it, it will only show the HTC screen and not start up.
I can reach bootloader.
This accrued when I made a "Factory reset" and I suspect that everything on the phone is wiped out (including the ROM).
Now I'm trying to install a new ROM (bootloader is onlocket, s-off, Iv'e gor SuperCID etc). But I can't reach my SD card (the phone wont start up), can I "install" the new ROM trough CWM
or somehow push the ROM.zip to my SD card trough CWM?

What Do I do wrong?
Try the formatting inside the recovery. Try to flash a recovery then format the sdcard. After that, it should work.
Okay, I accidentally removed the adapter while partitioning my SD card using MiniTool. I just wanted to try out the flashable .zip I've made recently and because of so much excitement, I accidentally removed the adapter and forgot that I'm partitioning my SD card My taskbar was automatically hidden so I didn't noticed that MiniTool is running and I totally forgot all the other things since my mind is focused on editing the updater-script and so on... It's like I'm making a custom ROM for my device, then after that, I want to try to flash it through ClockWorkMod Recovery and because the version of my CWM does not support ADB Sideloading means SD card is my only option but... OMG!!! Here, my SD card is now in Read-Only state and became Logical type :crying: :

Any help you can give will be so much appreciated.
My cousing handed me over this device asking for help. Checking it out it seems either the internal storage (or storage controller) went bad or it got corrupted somehow. I tried loading the ROM over the external SD card but it won't mount. The errors happen with both custom and stock recovery, so I believe the storage controller went caput.
In order to have more options I loaded a custom recovery with fastboot (which worked) but it won't do anything regarding storage (won't format, won't mount), be it internal or external. My cousing said this happened when he was downloading a map to use on a GPS app.
Given the popularity of this device I also did not find all img files (specially system) that I could load with fastboot.

When i install rom then after reboot to system , the phone is again going to Recovery mode. I wipe data/factory data reset and also install magisk.zip, again the rom was not boot , it always goes to recovery .
Then i again flash Firmware using adb. Then i install ColorOS 6 / Realme UI zip using coloros recovery then the phone boot properly. But i can't use any Custom Rom in my phone.
In twrp / color os recovery , External SD Card not working but before flashing 1st time a rom, the external sd card was working . How to fix this problem?
