Just the normal Xiaomi way.
Follow the instructions on the Xiaomi site to unlock. Only the "waiting" time is enlarged to some 50 to 100 hours. But there is no stable odorexed ROM to replace the original ROM so do not hurry.

I have recieved the MIUI update V12.1.3.0.RGHCNXM on my China ROM Redmi K30. Thanks to the 'poisonous' device bricking Mi A3 update, I dare not to install it that soon. Is there any major bugs? Thanks. If you guys have a Redmi K30 with China ROM laying around as a secondary phone, can you guys test it, for me and fellow Redmi K30 China users?

I think for the 9A to have an English option you have to download the Global ROM. Here's a link to them and guides and tips for flashing.

This is the only rom info i can find for the 9A. Does an engineering rom exist?

Dear All, I have never flash any Phone before. But now I have a Xiaomi Note 9 4G (China Rom) with me. Which I need to install Google Services.
But unfortunately all the Google Installer failed to work. So my only option is the flash it with a global rom.
