Can't access recovery or OS after locking bootloader. - Google Pixel 3 Questions & Answers

So I reset my Pixel 3 to factory image whilst having my bootloader unlocked, I then lock the bootloader and then it says there's no OS or Recovery. I can re un-lock the bootloader and everything is still there and working. Is there something I'm doing to get the device back to being locked and in factory state?

Bootloader locked with no OS installed

Whilst upgrading to Oxygen OS, I ran into an issue (wiped all partitions however ADB Sideload did not work so I got stuck with no OS). In an attempt to completely wipe the phone, I tried to lock and relock the bootloader, forgetting that the phone required to be booted up in order to unlock the bootloader. So now, I am stuck with no OS and with a locked bootloader (so I am unable to flash the factory image). I am also unable to unlock the bootloader as I cannot boot the phone. I still have access to TWRP, however upon pushing a rom onto the memory, it failed to flash. I am assuming this is due to the locked bootloader, however I am not sure.
If anyone has any ideas on how I can fix the phone, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!
This is what you need:

You flash that from TWRP and it'll unlock your bootloader again.

Soft-Bricked

When i did the OTA update, the device is bootlooping. Unfortunately i dont have an unlocked bootloader and have no way of unlocking it as the phone needs to restart to unlock the bootloader. It still stays locked after go to fastboot mode again. I have the stock image from google but have no way of flashing it. Is there anyway to unlock the bootloader without having to restart?
The bootloader relocks itself after reboot? If it does, the emmc is defective and cannot be repaired by reflashing a stock rom or custom rom.

FRP lock, Data encryption and other problems in Oreo.

Hi.
First: Sorry My bad English.
So. The base is: FRD-L09C432 officially upgraded to Oreo. Data partition encrypted, bootloader and FRP unlocked status, TWRP installed and my phone rooted with Magisk. After some read in this and other forums I edited the phone fstab files, to delete data encryption. After edit this files I do a "Format Data" in TWRP. After that the FRP status changed from "Unlocked" to "Locked", and in Settings the "OEM Unlock" disabled and grayed. Bootloader status stay in unlocked. So this is the current state. The Recovery not changeable from TWRP to stock, because FRP-Lock status.
So, My questions is: How do I unlock FRP? If I rollback to Nougat, the FRP is unlock or not, or what? How do I rollback with TWRP? HurUpdater? What can I do, because if I rollback and FRP stay locked, I won't flash back the TWRP. And if this occur, I can't root my phone, and have other problems.
Ideas?
Did you try to unlock bootloader via fastboot?

bootloader already unlocked. I won't try to relock, because 1 months ago I relocked, and my phone is bricked. Won't boot to system, and just DC-Unlocker helps to bring back my phone to life.
Good to know. I am also bricked but I was able to unlock bootloader via fastboot. I only have access to error mode.
flash via download mode and wifi

When to re-lock bootloader after flashing Android 10

I was experiencing some minor glitches the past couple of weeks after taking the Android 10 OTA, so I decided to a factory reset and flash the Android 10 image. I had to unlock the bootloader to do that of course.
Now I'm realizing I need to re-lock the bootloader so that it's not in this insecure state. However I'm reading that re-locking the bootloader wipes the device (which returns it to Pie?) I'm also reading it can brick the phone if custom data is written.
When exactly do I re-lock the bootloader to preserve my clean install of Android 10?

If you're completely stock you can lock the bootloader. Before you do i would make sure you can boot into the stock recovery as sometimes flashing an ota in the stock recovery is the only way to recover your device if the bootloader is locked. Locking will wipe your device, but it won't change the operating system you're currently on. So if you're on andriod 10 it'll still be 10 after a wipe.

"Can't find valid operating system" on bootup, bootloader is locked so I can't flash

"Can't find valid operating system" on bootup, bootloader is locked so I can't flash
I was locking my bootloader because I didn't want to have my phone rooted anymore. So, I factory reset it, set it up, and then went into the bootloader and typed "fastboot flashing lock". I selected yes to confirm the locking of my bootloader and then my phone rebooted. But now my phone says "Can't find valid operating system" and I can't boot into Android. I can't even flash a stock image, because I locked the bootloader. I can't unlock the bootloader, since I can't go into the OS and turn OEM Unlock on. Am I screwed?

Factory reset doesn't reverse changes made by rooting, you needed to reflash stock firmware before relocking.
Depending on the model it likely isn't good, every OEM does things a little different.

but I tried to install an update and not a flash that you are not allowed to install
