I've tried rolling back though and it doesn't work. You're out of luck. Sorry.
It seems like after C07 they locked the method of downgrade.
Only method would be SC or find someone who actually can use MTK flash without bypass

there is no update to the latest Android 10 and no upgrade to Android 11 possible. The last version was from July 2020. Can I upgrade manually to Android 11 with Odin ? What kind of firmware can I use ?

Thanks for your help.
Yes, just get the latest F700U firmware from sammobile or other trusted website then flash it using odin.
warning: do not flash other model (F700F or F700N), it will brick your device.

I'm pretty sure a matching TWRP build for your device doesn't exist:
Motorola
This is the Team Win website and the official home of TWRP! Here you will find the list of officially supported devices and instructions for installing TWRP on those devices.

Hi
I recently bought a p20 lite from Facebook and i think the previous owner must have flashed the wrong firmware. In developer options there is no oem unlock button, and i tried eRecovery and it didn't work. The phone is dual sim, some apps see as if the phone is rooted and when i check with root checker, there's no root. I'm from South Africa and i hope i provided the necessary information. I would like to find the original firmware so that i can update my phone to other android versions like 9 or 10 and root if possible. Please Help?!
@Looneychoons
Your IMEI numbers are out in the open. If you have no issues with that, we too have no issues.

I don't know which carrier variant i'm running through
It doesn't come with Android 11! It comes with Android 12!
You can't downgrade to something that never existed for it.
oh, I kinda though about that.
but then I found this guide on xda link, it came under the Stylus 5g category.
still, it didn't specify which model.
anyway's, thank you for the help
