System size is showing as zero bytes in MIUI.... - General Topics

I was trying to remove unnecessary permissions to some of the pre-installed apps in MIUI 13. After this, I notice that the system size is showing as zero bytes. The space occupied by system files is now included under Apps:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The size of apps should be only about 35 GB or less, and the rest should be System.
I tried restoring the permissions for some of the likely apps, but that didn't help.
Does anyone know which app or permission is responsible for this?
Thanks.

Although I delete that folder with a strange name and its .nomedia file, It renews himself.
I checked the apps (I installed later) and I remove all; but nothing change. Anyone with an idea? Is it a virus?
Although I did wipe data wipe cache etc and reinstall the rom I still see that annoying thing...
What can I do for getting rid of it? The fileI zipped is here

.compactdisk_extended_attributes

Hi, people. The files named as the title of the topic automatically appearing in every possible folder on device even after deleting after some time appear again. It is pretty annoying.
Does anyone knows what it is and what is creating them? Is this only happening in my device, why?

This is file opened as text
This usually stay in every folder, it can be created by the app or by the system itself.
File content:
Code:
{"fbDirectorySizeCalculationStarttime":87,
"fbDirectorySizeCalculationTimestamp":1470307827,
"fbDirectorySizeCalculationFilecount":1,
"fbDirectorySizeCalculationTimespent":0.000268001,
"fbDirectorySizeCalculationSize":160387}
It shows file count in that dir, also size of it.

@kalon00
I'd like to install hh_repartition+to+2go.zip for changing the size of the partition to 1GB.
Then, I will change the size of the partition to 2GB after it.
The installation says install is successful, but it seems to have many errors.
I am confusing if the installation is succeeded.

Question System apps after ODIN AVCJ update

After update to AVCJ, via odin, i got a unusual thing.
In most of the system apps that dont have updates i got 0bytes for app size or very small size.
Anyone have the same problem, or an idea of whats happening?
Until now all apps seem to work fine. The app size is correct on /system/app and priv-app, not as in screenshots posted.
An example (Contacts, wi-fi system resources, android system):
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Clear cache, it might help
