Question How to Change Region Samsung Galaxy A73 5G ? - Samsung Galaxy A73 5G

hello
How to Change Region Country Code Samsung Galaxy A73 5G ?
One UI : 5.0
Android Version : 13

Is this a model with Samsung's new regionalization policy? If so, changing the region is not possible in a known way.

Sorry, older thread but some info nonetheless.
Flashing a diff region rom (which u can do easily with patched Odin), doesn't change the region code. Not the one that relates to where the device was mfg anyway.
So what you ask? Good point. But here's where you'll discover the problem: It won't be certified in Google play store. Not if it's not rooted. You might be able to root it and use Magisk etc to fix that. But, if you want to stay unrooted, then the flashing of another rom wont change that, the device will always have the code for the region is was originally intended for, and if that region doesn't have the CRC codes of the rom you flashed, google flags it as 'not certified'. Who cares? Sure, but you'll never run any banking app (etc) on that device.

The device is a G930V. It's common to fake a G930F to sell it second hand.
You need to follow root guide for G930V

Ehhhhh...I think...sorry to say but you...just got an American Verizon model with a Snapdragon 820 SoC with a permanently locked bootloader. I think you can root it in a different way tho, but unless a miracle happens you will be stuck on the stock ROM forever, but it can be rooted. There is a method to root the SM-G930A but IDK if it works with the 930V model. Never knew people rebranded Snapdragon models as Exynos models, scary. Try asking for a refund or a real G930F with Exynos 8890 SoC, you got misled by the seller. If you already had it or got it from a close person then try to get an Exynos one. That rooting method kinda looks dangerous and involves flashing a bootloader. To clarify which model do you REALLY have, install Device Info HW from Play Store

Listen, NO ROOT will work for G930F because the phone is not G930F, someone has just flashed G930F firmware on the phone but the HARDWARE is G930V. Understand? You have been ripped off.
You first need to put G930V firmware back on the phone with Odin, the oldest version of G930V firmware you can find, not the lastest one.

That is not possible, you just can't flash an Exynos firmware on a Snapdragon model. Someone must've faked the info strings or something else. @Netcrying, can you tell me what the following fields say in Device Info HW?
SOC/Family
SOC/Instructions
SOC/GPU
SOC/Cores
SOC/Clusters
System/Platform
System/Fingerprint
System/Device
The SoC details can't be faked in software, so this may give us a clue of what it really is. I suspect it's a Snapdragon one though, but please post these.

nevermind, you have a Verizon S7. Root here:

You must flash an engineering bootloader. Good luck, you're on your own now.

That is due to flashing something on your device without unlocking the bootloader before you flashed it. You probably knew that before you flashed it but you flashed it anyway because you couldn't find a way to unlock the bootloader and decided to try it anyway. Next time, don't flash anything if you can not unlock the bootloader.
To fix this, do a Google search for:
"SM-A750MN stock firmware"
Download the firmware.
Then, do a Google search for:
"Return to stock SM A750MN"
That should find the tools and instructions.

Not able to unlock Galaxy note ultra 20, hk version

Hello,
I have been trying to unlock the boot loader on Galaxy note 20 ultra hk version but it doesn't work.
I followed the instructions here to the letter!: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...t-for-galaxy-s21-series-b-n-0-u-u1-w.4233567/
When doing that, I get a warning message in Chinese saying that the device isn't safe(ugh, why did I get the hk version)
But the device isn't unlocked anyway, and Knox isn't tripped.
Fastboot flash just says command not found.
I think it probably has to do with that vaultkeeper thing, anyone have any ideas on how to proceed?
Thanks!!

I'm using the the HK version since several months - rooted & on Chinese stock ROM - working smoothly, no major issues at all.
Thanks! I see my misstake now, I didn't realize Knox wouldn't be tripped until after you flashed a custom image.

Question Help Please!? Typing with Nails, I can't find stock rom for SM-A325F, I also don't know how to flash it using odin?

Ok, so, basically, I tried to root the phone using odin because I had found a twrp.tar somewhere. The phone went into this weird loop where it kept telling me that the phone's bootloader had been unlocked but wouldn't boot the phone up. so I locked the phone's bootloader again to factory reset it because I thought that would fix the problem. it didn't and now i am left with
oem lock on: u1
kg status: prenormal
mtk secure boot:enable(0)

etc etc
please help
