Bug reporting:
This is a big one. We work very hard for you guys so please help us out and follow these steps to report your bug. Ive even provided links for you to help out.
1. Very first step will be to attempt a new DL and clean flash.
2. Pull a logcat and copy / paste it to hastebin .
3. Visit AOSiP and post your issue with your log in the bug reporting section.
4. Any bug reported without following procedure will be disregarded.

Installation
Make sure you have a nougat bootloader and modem else TWRP denies the installation by throwing a message about the wrong bootloader. Further details and a guide to upgrade what you need without losing data here.
Requires Unlocked Bootloader & a custom recovery (currently twrp-3.2.1-0 is required)
Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD
Reboot in Bootloader Mode
Go to "Recovery" (Vol +/Vol -) and confirm (power)
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe Dalvik cache
Install the ROM zip
Flash Gapps http://opengapps.org/

As there isn't yet any official open-gapps for 8.1 i have chosen to build Gapps from source., so don't flash gapps
It's a minimal package, you can add what you want from store.
First boot can take some time, patience
Post flash :
When not needed , you can disable adb in dev option/ show password in security / nfc / Print service.
In developper options I recommand to disable the 3 Animations (reboot needed)

xposed and camera problems
The xposed framework (xposed-v90-sdk27-arm64-beta1) conflicts with the camera and can not work at the same time. xposed did not brush into the camera before working properly, brush into the xposed frame the camera stops working

I flash it and feel very laggy, maybe because I didn't read post #2, will try it again tomorrow hoping better results, but great work, and the launcher is awesome! What launcher is???? Thanks for the work! Tomorrow I comment how's working!

yes a bit laggy at the first boot and around 1h after flash, but after disabling animations in dev options and reboot, it was ok for me. I guess the rom need some time to settle at the first boot.

This Unofficial AOSP ROM was built for the H3223 (discovery), but may work on some of the other variants, please try at your own risk. However, if you do try it on another variant, please post in the comments how well it worked so others may benefit.

Note: This is designed to work with any firmware version of the XA2 Ultra, because you flash a custom OEM partition. I've tested this on 50.1 and 50.2 firmware phones.

Installation instructions: (DIFFERENT THAN NORMAL! DONE THROUGH FASTBOOT!)
- Download the zip file for AOSP 11.
- Unzip the zip file, and you will find 5 images.
- If using Windows, put these in your folder you use for fastboot, if using Linux, you can do this from any folder.
- Reboot the phone into bootloader/fastboot mode.
- Flash them to your phone, like so (example for Linux)

$ fastboot flash userdata ./userdata.img
$ fastboot flash vendor ./vendor.img

Your phone will now boot into AOSP 11!
If you plan to install magisk, then let the rom boot once, then install the magisk app. Use this downloaded boot.img and have magisk edit it. Then go back to fastboot mode and flash the edited boot image. It worked for me, but you do so at your own risk!

WARNING: I built this ROM from SODP source, and I am using it as a daily driver. However, I don't use GAPPS, so I don't know if they work. I also will not be updating or maintaining this ROM. I am posting it here because I believe in sharing, however I am not intending to fix, edit, or update anything on this ROM. Please know that if you install it, you will not be receiving updates here. You are welcome to build the latest versions, dailies, nightlies, monthlies, etc., by going to the SODP website and completing the builds yourself. I just don't have the time to do it, but thought that I would share the build I made for myself.
The only edit I made was I rebuilt the kernel with GCC rather than the pre-built Clang kernel so the camera would work properly.

If you do find an issue with the ROM, you can post that issue here if you would like. However, the best thing to do is post it on SODP's bug tracker, so that they can fix it.

Does miracast work? I know that google took that feature out, but i hope its still in this rom enabled. In other roms (lineage) if i try to miracast, it can find the receiver, but when i try to actually connect to it, it stucks on a soft reboot. Can someone test this out for me? (ps, you can make almost any windows laptop as a miracast receiver if you dont own one, you could try on that).

I am transitioning from a SonyEricsson phone and wanting a good smart phone without all the Google spyware. I installed your ROM on an XA2 Ultra (H3223) and I am having two problems: first, that call audio is not transferred to Bluetooth, and second that customized notification sounds are not playing. Otherwise, everything is pretty good, though I miss the Xperia-style customizations from Sony.

I switched from ATT to T-Mobile and now I have a problem on TMobile network.I was wondering if flashing a new OS would make any difference.Thank you

Encontrei alguns bugs, a rede de dados móveis só está funcionando no sim 1, outros bugs encontrados foi que o áudio está muito baixo do alto falante e em determinados vídeos / músicas o áudio fica alto ou baixo, outro bug encontrado foi que quando vou descer a barra de notificação, mais deixo o dedo pressionado sem descer a barra de notificação o brilho aumenta sozinho.
Só pontuando que utilizo a versão 11 Plus

We don't support twrp, just pe recovery should get the job done
However if you do want twrp you have to install it after every update, since flashing the rom re-writes recovery

It's not up to me, we did have the Moto actions package with fp gestures in the device tree but the organisation decided to move it to rom source so it's not on my hands anymore

Thanks for the ROM, but im having problems using mobile data. The APN is set, i got full signal and have funds $$ on my line. I can make and receive calls but im unable to use mobile data. The carrier is TIM Brasil and the Network type is GSM/WCDMA/LTE (PRL).
Is there any patch that i can use ?

I installed this rom on op8 via flashable images zip now I cant go to stock or flash anything. when I flash any other custom from or OTA update for EVOx it errors at this update zip is for oneplus 8 your device is oneplus 8t. I downloaded the rom from InstantNoodle link.

It doesn't start . PC detects device as QDLOADER 9008 still downloading in tool wont start.

they're different, this build is official and khalvat's build is unofficial.

You can create a new thread on unified deveploment

Is your development related to Khalvats? I mean did you include his fixes and optimization like higher Mic gain?
Do you plan to fix the faulty charging value? I don't know why Khalvat doesn't want to, but fix for it is there since last year at least.

Is not related, there are several differences that I found between both builds:
Khalvat 7.11
- ROM didn't pass safetynet (CTS profile)
- Android SystemWebView version 92.x.x.x
- Battery drain if you set oppacity level on QS and/or notification panel
- A little bit of lag
- Not official
This one:
- ROM passes safetynet
- Android SystemWebView version 94.x.x.x
- NO battery drain if you set oppacity level on QS and/or notification panel
- Smooth
- Official (implies monthly updates/builds)

Thanks a lot for that comparison. While the official tag theoretical implies monthly updates, it still depends on the developer. If he doesn't have time or changes mind, there won't be any update. I guess the OTA Update would be a real difference.

Maybe I'm blind, but I only see download link for KLTE and not for variants, did I miss something?
There is a reason there is an extra unified section and that is:
For unified AOSP type ROMs, kernels and mods., suitable for multiple S5 versions

So if it's KLTE only it would be the wrong section.

You can download for all the klte devices the only thing is that you need to flash lineage OS boot.img to boot con other devices

Currently I'm using kernel sources from lineage os. But I'm open to suggestions.
If you point me to the fix for the charging problem I'll try to include it.

I'm no developer, but I just asked fbs as he has fixed it in his Tuned kernel long ago. If he doesn't directly reply here, I will forward his answer.
But if I remember correctly it was a simple multiplication (by hundred or so).

I have 2 of them. Just toys for me to fulfill my flashing/modding needs
I run LOS 18.1 on the other to compare.

I get a crash before login on this rom resulting in a bootloop even after wiping data. 7.6 runs without problems.
But I did not flash any g-apps cause I don't need their functionality. Could this be related on this version?

I don't think so, the first time only to test the ROM, I did a clean flash (no gapps nor magisk) without any issues, the second time I did a clean flash with gapps and magisk without any issue/problems, working smooth, it's my daily driver
