1- can unlock bootloader without wipe date and how ?
i need unlocked my phone and i did changed motherboard so than i have to backup persist partition to fix-fingerprint not working
2- can convert me le2117 to dual sim will working fine without any issue ?
i will use different network for every sim not same network
You have to wipe the phone to unlock the bootloader. Are you having the OEM Unlock is greyed out issue?

I have a chinese redmi 6 that was flashed with a global rom and bootloader locked. using mtk bypass i have managed to flash a chinese rom (all files apart from CUST) but now i have no IMEI number. I plan to unlock the bootloader but need a sim to work to do so.
Any hints as to which method of imei repair i need to read up on please.

Your persist and custom partitions are corrupted. Search how to fix them aka flash new.
Pro tip: before you play with flashers unlock your bootloader first!

I unlocked my tmobile one plus 8t and bootloader unlock to switch to Global for the dual sim. But now i want to switch back to tmobile by using the msm tool to restore.
Will it relock sim on phone or will my phone still be unlocked after msm without doing anything?
SIM lock and unlock status are independent of the OS, so flashing between Global, T-Mobile, Chinese, India etc, will not alter the SIM lock/unlock state.

Is your device completely paid in full
-- As long as your device is unlocked (60 days after initial purchase from Verizon) then it will work with any SIM
-- Refer to porting out your mobile number to another carrier
-- Power off device, remove SIM card, wait a few minutes, reinsert SIM card and try again
The Verizon modem only works on the Verizon ROM, unfortunately. Unless you want to flash a custom ROM, you have to stick with OxygenOS to keep your cellular data if you have an IN2019.
I have a T-Mobile OP 8T that I converted a while back to global in order to unlock bootloader. Recently I paid the full balance on the phone and from reading online it can be unlocked with the T-Mobile Unlock app. I downloaded the T-Mobile unlock app, but its not working on the Global rom. Anyone know how to sim unlock a paid T-Mobile phone or do I need to call to do that?

OnePlus: Settings > Wi-Fi & internet > SIM & network, then choose Advanced or Network Unlock
If you want to use T-Mobile device unlock app , you need to go back to TMobile firmware again

Yes, you needed to unlock SIM with T-Mobile's app before you converted to global.
You'll need to MSM back to OOS11 again. After unlocking is successful you are free to upgrade to OOS13 or flash a custom ROM
