HOW TO INSTALL
Use custom KK recovery from here.
I prefer [CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch 6.57.9 - cwm 6.0.5.1.
(Internal sd-card refereed as sdcard00, external as sdcard01)
Download rom zip file.
Put into sd card.
Flash the desired recovery.
Boot into recovery.
BACKUP CURRENT ROM
Wipe for flash of new rom.
Or wipe data/system/delvic cache/cache.
Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
Select the zip file and Select YES
Reboot.
THINGS TOBE NOTED
First boot takes time 3-5 mins so be patient.
wait until it boots.
After first boot read /data/test.log:good:

This ROM is based on the stock ROM for this device but most of the bloatware from the original firmware was removed so no random screen turn ons!

Installation process:
It doesn't matter on which ROM you are or which recovery you have
Download the ROM and put it on your internal storage or SD card
Reboot to recovery
Do an advanced wipe and wipe the following:
-Data
-Cache
-Dalvik-Cache
-System
-And optionally Internal Storage but not required
After you do the wipe install the ROM as usual
Boot up will take 5 to 10 minutes.
VERY IMPORTANT: If MIUI prompts you to install a system update IGNORE IT or else your phone will bootloop.
It once did it on its own and the ROM didn't boot anymore.
