If you want to enter to fastboot mode, pressing the volume down while connecting to the PC, is also a valid option.

[Q] Desperatly Need Help Getting Into Bootloader

Hey everyone, so it's been a couple of weeks now since the power button on my Nexus S stopped working. It wasn't much of an issue since I began using the volume controls instead to wake up my screen. However, I'm stuck right now. I was pleased to see that in clockworkmod, you didn't need to use the power button to select anymore...so I went ahead and flashed a rom. The problem is, I completely forgot to flash gapps so now I can't get into recovery mode in order to flash it since my power button is broken. I got into recovery mode by using the Rom Manager app but since I don't have gapps flashed, I don't have the android market. Could someone please help me, I'm not sure of another alternative to get into the bootloader without using the power button. Thanks in advance

replace power button
sorry but i cant help you
try to do it with cmd orders
download adb package and use this order:
adb devices
adb reboot-bootloader
if you have the official cwm app go into the app and select download rom from there you can download gapps and flash it from cwm once it has finished downloading when your phone rebbots it will start with the android welcome asking you to enter you gmail details

I've always had bad luck with adb but I'll still give it a try. Does my device need to be turned off before I enter the command? It's hard to turn off my phone since the power button isn't working, and when taking out the battery and putting it back in doesn't help since the phone just boots up automatically.

[Completed] A Unique Bootloop? (Challenge)

Okay so I have a bit of a situation and looking for some helpful advice, I'm not a complete novice but I seem to have gotten myself VERY stuck.
The Specifications:
Samsung Note 3 (rooted)
TWRP
Safe Strap
Rebooted recently and was in TWRP and accidentally chose "Recovery", phone now continuously Reboots into Recovery Mode in the upper left of the screen. I've tried to do the Volume Up + Power + Home button to no avail and every other combination I can think of, resulting in The same .. Reboot Recovery Option in the top left after about 10 seconds it Vibrates twice and reboots again.
I can't access TWRP, can't access Stock Recovery, Can't plug it into a PC as it just reboots over and over again after it gets power. Read a few things about Fastboot (Don't know if Note 3 Supports that, and Maybe Odin but I can't see how I'm to flash anything if it just immediatly reboots as soon as I plug it in)
HELP!

how can I unbrick Realme 5?

Hello Everyone.
While I was using my phone (playing a game), it shut down, then rebooted but got stuck with the Realme logo.
The phone didn't respond even when pressing the power button. I left it until the battery ran out and then it shut down.
I tried to power it up again, but the phone froze at the Realme logo. So this time, I shut it down again, then I tried to enter fast mode/recovery mode using power button + voulme down/up. But the phone does not respond to any button combinations, and I can't reach fast mode/recovery mode. Weird isn't it? I dont know why this happens given that I was only playing a game!
Anyway, I searched the internet for many hours trying to figure out how to fix this. I read about EDL mode and followed all the instructions untill I managed to get the phone in EDL mode and it was recognized by the QPST/Qfil flashing tool. This weird tool requires a certain type of ROM with certain files, namely firehose programmer, rawprogram.xml and patch0.xml. None of these files are included in the stock ROM I downloaded from Realme.com.
How and where can I get these files? And if these files are unavailable for whatever reason, is there any other way to fix my phone?
I'd really appreciate any help.
Thank you in advance.

How can I do that without access to fast/recovery mode?
If you can access phone by means of ADB then you do it via ADB Sideload method.

As far as I know, ADB requires the phone to be in debugging mode. Can I activate debugging mode while the phone is turned off?
No.
Anyone please?
Something on your motherboard is probably fried, and you need to find a professional to fix it.
Sorry to tell you that.

[CLOSED] Phone probably hardbricked

Hi to all, yesterday I tried to root my phone following a guide here on XDA Developers (I don't remember which one). I have a Pixel 6 Pro and I tried to flash boot.img when the phone, after being restarted, starts to bootloop and then I try to turn it off. Then, the panic. The phone doesn't seem to be recognizable by ADB nor fastboot and the screen is permanently black. When I try to hold Power button and other combinations (while plugged to my PC) Windows emits some system sounds like "plugged" or "unplugged device" but I can't find my phone like recognizable.
