Hello, all.
Does anyone know whats is causing TTS to drain the battery, I'm not using the assistant.
I already clear cache.

You have allow background activity turned on. Also click on battery and see what setting it's on. (Unrestricted, optimized or restricted)

Hello.
Yeah, but is in the watch so I cannot change it or check the battery config. I found a relation with "Find my mobile" app, both have the same amount of battery comsumption.
Hi, did you ever find out the cause? Noticed same on my Watch 5 Pro. Also the Settings seems to use same amount as Find My Mobile and Samsung TTS engine

No, I didn't found anything about it. My guess is those apps are sharing a background service but not directly, and when you open the details it shows the resume of all of that services related, even if the app is not really using it.
Same as whit the phone...
I didnt bother to find a exact answer.
I wonder if the TTS and Find My Mobile can be disable or deleted through ADB and if it even have any affect on battery usage. Might be that those ain't the real battery drainers but just shows it like you said..

To disable Samsung TTS: pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.SMT however BIG WARNING that if you do this it could potentially cause the watch to stop working.

I installed G one, however there's no TTS on the watch packages, I only disabled the Find My device and Find my mobile but that doesn't do anything on the battery consumption.

Yet your battery still looks to be very close to full (actually, it looks like it's full). 85.7% of jack squat is jack squat.
Point is it kept it awake the entire time I was in a movie with the phone on airplane mode.

can't just ''Force close at application list ? '' I've tried that one and my task manager did not saw it or just try to find some app blocker when airplane is for special profiles/modes etc. Did not get in deep enough to just understand but mostly as he said ''Finding all time updates'' when i do not use it, i just disable google updates and when i need then just simply enable them.
Hope this could help you !
Fyi - Maybe Some task killlers may do this the same while blacklisting them

just freeze it. you can use several apps to freeze google play and google play services. as for me my favorites are Link2SD and LuckyPatcher. everytime you have to go to the movies just quickly freeze it (and reboot if want to make sure).
My Honor 6x stock ROM will drain up to 40% of battery per night of screen off with WIFI on. Android system uses around 900mAH of battery per night of standby! More specifically, the HwChrService, which I heard is useless, uses more than 500mAH (check screenshot).
Any solutions?

Me too faced the same issue and it's resolved after disabling "app twin".
sounds strange
You should check what app is consuming more battery (probably it has the permission to be in the background even when screen is off)

I checked it, it's "HwChrService" and it's a system app so I can't stop it from running in the background. Moreover that app seems to be completely useless...

Hey,
Something's wrong with the HTC U11 GPS, and it is not my unit because I had two units and both behave the same way.
When I review my chronology in Google Maps, and see the routes from my days, what I see are straight lines going through streets and roads instead of a precise tracking. It looks like the phone is taking position samples not often enough.

Any reason why this happens? Is that a GPS issue, or software?
I am guessing the U11 saves battery minimizing stuff like this?
Any idea on how to solve it?
Thank you.!

Not with apps that track like running stuff and so.. I'll try, but my wife's Xiaomi A1 does the job perfectly in Google Maps, I am pretty sure HTC minimizes the use of the GPS module to save battery..

I saw the same thing in the Fitbit app. I know it always happens if battery saver is on. I think it was hit or miss without battery saver but its been a while.
Turn battery saving off and use high accuracy under location settings and make sure google location settings are correct.
If you have any apps like HTC boost+ that shuts apps down then omit Google maps + Google play services from the list so they can have free reign.
Hello everyone.
I have a huge wakelock problem runningatest stock pie + flashkernel + xXx 2.9.5
Below you can see the huge amounts of wake-ups in a low period of time. Tried to disable some Google services and the wakelocks are still present.
Can anyone recommend me anything? Please as I really wanna get rid of them.
For any questions please ask, or if you want me to provide anything else besides this screenshot. Much appreciated

Those are normal, really. It's not killing your battery like you think they are. You would have to get rid of google entirely to demolish most wakelocks.

That's perfectly fine. If you try to block more wakelocks blindly you might end up causing more battery drains in the long run cause it keeps trying. It's very similar to my BBS stats.
I can tell you almost everything Google related (which most are) there's not much you can do about it except maybe check account sync section, untick Google's "features" for its apps, or get rid of it entirely.
The second one is because you were on a phone call.
currently my S20FE 5G is running a rooted stock based custom rom that has a few OneUI 4 elements in it somewhere, no idea what those actually are.
I'm getting some steep battery drain but otherwise I'm quite happy with the rom and want to keep it.
I've got a partial wakelock called VK_WakeLock, it's keeping the phone from sleeping when the screen is off. I searched for a while and can't find a method that would help me find the app that's causing it or even better the specific service or process.
if we know the name of a wakelock is there any terminal commands or apps that could lead me to a package / process name ?

I have background data off, I have a firewall that keeps the majority of apps without internet. most of my user apps (which aren't involved) don't do background stuff, so basically I've got no idea right now.

it hasn't been a battery drain for me previously, if it was an update that brought this effect the internet would be full of posts regarding it. as it stands their are only a handful of search results for VK_WakeLock.

Well you know how I feel about updates...
You can try making sure all system apps are updated or roll them back to their factory load versions.
Clear system cache. Clear system app caches or data.
Find the root cause. You need to ID that apk responsible for your mystery name.
or
Factory reset and hope that gets it.
This is why I don't update. Cleaning up an update mess is time consuming.
