hi. my s8 plus really laggy after android 9
so i install twrp and flash custom rom. but it still laggy
right now i want to back to stock rom but downgrade to android 8 .
my question
1) when i press volume down + bixby + power. it is not go to downloading mode of samsung anymore . it go to twrp recovery mode.
does twrp can install stock rom S8 plus version 7 and version 8
2) can anyone has stock rom for version 7 or 8 . mine is samsung S8 plus SM-G955FD
3) i download some stock rom version 8 from here. but when i try to install it with odin. it fail . does it relate with i have twrp
and when i try to install it with twrp. it cant see the rom file
right now i really want to downgrade to android7 or 8 . becasue my phone is really slow. sometime take like 10 min

I am stocked in recovery mode in twrp, can you give me idea how to get out of it?
I was trying to upgrade to nougat 7.1.
I used Odin and installed this file "CF-Auto-Root-v1awifi-v1awifixx-smp900.tar.md5", after done installing tablet came back on, then I went to TWRP app on my tablet and that was it, now it is in revocery mode and I have no idea how to get out of it.
Hi, i tryed to flash the stock rom because after the trwp flash, the phone get stuck in a boot loop blinking the first samsung logo, but after trying flash the stock, it says that the device binary is 9 and the rom is 8, but i cant find the binary 9 rom in any place, only 8. I have the trwp installed, so I was thinking if I format all data (system and files) and try to flash again, it will work ?
Also im from Brazil (SM-J701MT), and the device was buyed in Paraguay (SM-J701M) too. Should i install the SM-J701MT ROM right ?

hey friend i am new to xda but according to i understand in mexico there is a binary 9 for the j7 neo i see you have the name of the page is ""SamFw ""there you can enter:risa: the model and see
I recommend flashing the M variant because as the device is that Variant I don't know if it affects you to flash a MT variant and I understand that the model is a J7 Neo

Is there ANY custom rom i can flash coming from a A51 that is ALREADY on Android 12 stock firmware ? i got twrp installed and rooted it with magisk on the stock rom, but whatever firmware i tried (last was the pixel experience 12 unofficial) i just hang in the samsung galaxy screen for ages, and rom doesn't boot. Do i need a custom android 12 kernel too and that's why i doesn't work ? All threads i looked and searched just mention coming from Android 11.

I want to say you, that it is impossible to flash a custom rom you want on you galaxy, when it has android 12.
I thought, that I would not be able to flash twrp on my phone with this android version, and I decided to flash android 11 first, and oonlyy then to modify the phone by flash twrp, getting root access and so one.
THE ANSWER IS NO, YOU NEED TO FLASH ANDROID 11 BINARY 5 (!) AT FIRST
