@Kodize What security patch did you use for rom base? to use it and avoid mistakes on my motorcycle c, in advance thank you very much, greetings from Mexico.
Hi.
The system doesn´t start (bootloop)
The problem may be caused by google boot animation or magisk, i think.
Can you remove magisk or change google boot for stock?
or how i can do it?
Magisk or SuperSU can be added later?
Do you have the original ROM?
I had the compilation updated to version 075.
If anyone has it, can you pass it to me to flash or install it by TWRP?
Thank you.

For now it looks not really good. Kernel source not good, no full working TWRP and LineageOS is far away.

I think ROMs will suddenly explode once first one is built and released
About ROM Development
It is said that in XiaoMi's kernel source code, the camera device tree was missing and the audio driver seemed broken.
Yup. The issue is the source is somewhat incomplete.
some devs are still busy and some does not have the device themselves but are willing to help.

I see that the telegram post specifically mentioned the "Redmi K30 Pro". I'm aware it and the Poco F2 Pro are rebrands of each other, but would ROMs stated to be for one model work on the other?
If there isn't even a working TWRP yet, how/why are EvoX working on bringing the ROM to the Poco F2 Pro?

It works for both. So whatever works for the F2 pro will work for the k30 pro and vice versa. And that's why this device forum is unified for F2 pro and k30 pro.

You can flash roms without twrp using fastboot for example a GSI image.
Devs just need proper mapping of partitions and proper implementation of the code from source which is still broken or has missing stuff.

Try install the latest apk(package installer/themes).
I tried( oneOs12.6 21.5.11) It does not work (can't connect to the network).
Maybe tried with several versions of apk.
If you have the theme MTZ file it is relatively easy to edit the XML files (long but not impossible).
The AOD are also easily editable.
Yes!! That is what I have been doing so far. In the same way, thank you very much, greetings from Peru !!

What you should do as 1st thing of all things
1. Find a matching Custom ROM (of your choice) suitable to this tablet
2. If found then find a Custom Recovery suitable for this tablet
What you should do then
1. Flash Custom Recovery
2. Flash Custom ROM via Custom Recovery

Seeing how he couldn't quite figure out how to even root the device, he probably will need to be guided (or at least pointed towards reading & learning how) to unlocking his bootloader to flash a custom ROM.....
might be tricky as he stated that there wasn't a section for it on the site; I personally haven't checked and confirmed this.....
Then this thread is misplaced, IMO, should get moved here to

It'll be considered if OP does go the route of installing/flashing a custom ROM or recovery....
If not or until then, these questions are (or can be construed as) "General" (or more precisely generic or not-quite-specified)...

@Santorini_imob, I have already reminded you of the rules previously in this very thread to post in English. Consider this your last friendly reminder.
As for the inquiry in the quoted post, I'm not sure what can be done in recovery mode for that device. After looking into it (your device, custom rom, root) a bit, it seems that while many obscure older Android tablet/devices are capable of installing custom ROMs to revitalize them (which is why jwoegerbauer suggested it and I concurred), it does not seem your device can/is capable. It looks like the best you can do is root the device. With rooting, you can maybe find some apps or modules that tweak frequencies (like a custom kernel, but in a very limited fashion) or particular settings that might improve the user experience (speed). There are some settings even in Developer Mode that makes the UI "snappier" (by lowering or eliminating "window animation") -- although I'm unsure if that option is there for KitKat/Android4.
Using the search function (at the top of the page), it does shows a couple of threads discussing how to root the device -- beware that it also seems many users have bricked the device attempting so as well; please do your proper research if you decide to attempt it.
