how did you flashed the U software to a W model? csc change is not modifying your model from W to U as far as I know. you can try to change the csc with "samfw tool" from samfw.com but that didn't changed the model number for me.

I couldn't figure out how you managed to change the model number with flashing. Also you are saying you flashed XAC and your model number changed to ..U but XAC is part of the ...W model. It's messed up. Try to flash it with XAC firmware AP BL CP and use the CSC file NOT HOME_CSC. It will clear your phone.

I tried to browse in many sites, but none has the firmware for xid region. But people say that it's not necessary to have the xid region to flash, I think the indian region should work. Maybe you should give it more tries and it'll work out (that's probably what I'd do)

Hi mate
Not sure what you want.....
for the S7 International there are many CSC ... is not just one
You can flash any G930F firmware in your phone that is not an issue....you must care that it has your required language and that the selected CSC has your carrier specific options...like wifi calling , Volte......
What country are you from and what carrier do you use?
BTW you said your phone is broken...what happened?

Use SmartSwitch Emergency Recovery mode. Do not connect the phone, but type in your serial (not IMEI) when it ask for it, and it downloads the ROM for your device original market (which is may not the same as your country if you bought it online)

A51 Panama to Canada or US firmware

Hi, I'd like to flash the Canadian SM-A515W or the US SM-A515U firmware on my Panama SM-A515F model. Will it work or will I hard brick the phone? Thanks!

I believe the answer to your question is that you need to provide a firmware associated with the CSC code of your phone, but I'm pretty new to this. I don't know if you will brick the phone. I assume you will just have to reflash it to the appropriate image.
On a related note, I tried to change my phone's CSC code. The current code is GTO (Guatemala). The code list was Latin American countries only. So a question related to the OP: is it possible to change a phone's available-CSC-code list or is it 100% hardware dependent?

Should work, but IDK if turkish language is included. And if you want to keep your data, make sure to use Home_CSC file in CSC section of Odin.
BTW you can check and download Samsung firmware files with Frija.
