I dont know why but the hotspot is still not working in lineage os 20 for kane, it connects but no internet access.
Bluetooth is not working properly I can make call with earbuds but song or videos can't change the media player has stuck on speaker Bluetooth device doesn't working properly in this rom

Do you mean BT audio? Works the same as 19.1
Bluetooth devices like earbuds are not working properly with the rom I can make calls with buds buds song and vedio audio are stuck on speaker I can not change media player it is stuck on speaker

I do not plan, develop anything other than lineage, the device trees are already public, have been for years.

I'm having a problem with Bluetooth audio. connects the bluetooth headphones, but when playing the audio it plays on the cell phone sound output. even with the Bluetooth headset connected.

Is it possible to allow the kernel to be more flexible? Acc (Advanced Charging Controller) does not work. There are few kernel governors.

Please disable default cam and install other gcam, I'll fix it in next update

I second this.. can't access SD card as storage so all music ROMs etc stored there I can't copy or use. Couldn't get a fast operating useful gcam to work. Went back to 10.0 version.
some sensors no work good. like orientation. when i use lever apps. bubbles no move
I appreciate your work but I found are several problems in the rom.
These are the follows:
1, The pocked mode is not working, when you get out the device from your pocket the screen stays dark, even if any notification is still not opened.
2, if you switch on the screen on option for a tilt angle also not working.
3, The waving over the screen by your hand to wake up the screen also not working. It worked after the first install.
4, The knock wake up is problematic, when the phone is in deep sleep the know still not wake up the screen.
5, In a call when you plug the headset it's randomly mute the microphone.
A pre installed camera working in the messaging apps (whatsAPP, Viber) but not in a standalone. I installed another camera app.
I found an issue with the stock launcher. Sometimes when I open an app it freezes on the splash screen and it won't let me close or open other apps. Only reboot fixes it. Using another launcher right now
I found another bug.
The tethering can be start, and can be connect to the phone but doesn't provide mobile network.
Hello everyone, I see there are minor issues here and there like nightlight, usb and others idk, it's an alpha build as we see android 11 development just started, hopefully next build should fix everything and should be usable as daily driver even now it's usable as daily driver I guess, thanks for reporting the issues and supporting the ROM.

I have found one more bug. "Styles and Wallpapers" crashes when you try to click on "Styles" to change the system color theme. Or it's only me who face this issue
First things first, tank you for working to bring this ROM for whydead whyred, i'm glad to comeback to PE. Now, i did not find any fatal bug so far, but it seems that the kernel don't support KCAL, and -you can guess it- my device has screen retention, if possible, can you please add support in the next release? Much obliged.

Encountered a really strange issue, cannot use apps like Tidal & Netflix when on wifi they say network issue, tried on mobile data it worked and after initial startup I can switch to wifi and use it.
Can confirm nothings wrong with my wifi I can use both on my computer just fine.
I got some problem with network..when I change 3G to 4G the LTE icon gone and the network connection connect and disconnect repeatedly..UI freezing problem are here..so far everything good for me..hope our new dev will solve every problem..

Tap and quickly release rather than tap and hold when registering

Its Currently not possible due to the way that Samsung configure VoLTE and WiFi calls. Samsung enable it in a proprietary way and not by the standard Google API. You will only get VoLTE and WiFi calls on OneUI based roms

Awesome ROM!
One bug i found was video recording. All recordings, no matter back or front cam, sounds very faster...it's like they were recorded at x2 speed. Any solutions for this? I've tried with the stock cam and many others apps but always with same results.

Go to settings -> select sim card -> add APN. Then it will work

Dont know about PE+, but on this rom 2-3% per hour , still it depends on battery health,and how many apps you have installed on your device

And last night, the brightness auto-adjustment began to go crazy.
I'm sorry, problem is not this ROM. On other A12 ROM, watch is also not connected.
Another bug was found: several users of the ROM have problems playing music through bluetooth headphones. when you switch the track, the sound starts to go both to the headphones and from the speaker of the phone. All installations have followed the official instructions exactly, including copy-partitions-20210323_1922.zip and wipe-super super_empty.img running successfully without error, but the microphone for telephone and similar applications such as telegram and whatsapp still does not work like PixelExtended-5.5_jasmine_sprout-13.0-20230223-1451.
If we record sound using a recorder application or telegram or whatsapp application for voice notes, it works fine.
Maybe there are suggestions or instructions to solve the mic issue correctly?

I have the same issue.
but in mine both mic and speaker dont work for phone and calling apps but speaker works for video playback.

can you give any timeframe for the fix? I had to go back to arrowos because I could not make any calls with any apps.

Ok, I had Lineage OS 18.1 installed.
I installed the Pixel experience build 20230128-1130 following the instructions in the guide and I found the call volume problem that the volume control does not work, you can move the control, but it has no effect, and it is always very high, it is not usable.
In Arrow OS 13 20230128 the call volume control does not work, it cannot be slid, and the volume is also very high, it even causes an echo effect, I think that the phone's own microphone picks up the sound from the ear speaker.
With Pixel experience extended build 2230409, calls don't work, you don't hear the other person, and the other person doesn't hear you either;
I installed an application to test the speakers and both work correctly, it seems that the problem is in the calls application only.

I have done more tests and the call volume problem in my case is present at least since Pixel experience 12.1.
Pixel experience 12.1, very high call volume that cannot be controlled.
Pixel experience 13, very high call volume that cannot be controlled.
Pixel experience 13 Extended, the speaker and microphone do not work in the call application, but it can be controlled, increase/decrease the volume of the call in the settings app and the microphone works in the recorder, although you have to specify to use the microphone of the telephone; In this case I think that the application believes that a hands-free is connected or something like that.
Arrow OS 13, very high call volume that cannot be controlled. (I really liked Arrow OS, I didn't know it).
Back to Lineage OS 18.1, everything works fine.
I don't use TWRP or any other recovery, I always use the indicated recovery for each ROM and I follow the steps in the installation guide.

Expect update soon
Same issues as reported previously with call audio on my end. Nonetheless, love the rom!
