No, we can't do it right now. We need wait for add new Touchwiz based ROMs to patchrom (MIUI's tool to port the ROM to devices)
I have the Galaxy NOTE 10.1 (2012). I'm using LineageOS 14.1 on Android 7.1.2 ROM. For a long time there has been no sound from developers.
