very good, I wanted to ask about the official rom of the poco x3 nfc, does anyone know if there is the official rom of miui 13 but that it does not have all the gapps as they come by default? For example, I only want the minimum ones that do not have so many installations, only Google Play and the necessary ones, I think they are called nano gapps, my question is if there is an official rom with the minimum necessary gapps? not with so many apps that the rom installs.

It doesn't work that way.
If Xiaomi wants to sell phones with the PlayStore on it, it has also to include other Google apps and the Google search.
If you want the bare minimum from Google, you have to install a custom ROM.
Maybe it's possible to disable/uninstall unnecessary Google apps. Search around the forum for de-bloating. There's probably something in the guides section

Hello,
I am concerned about my data privacy, I would like to use F-Droid and disable/uninstall all Google services on a Global version, is it possible?
Thank you!

Just load the Chinese Rom?
Or use a custom rom.
I can load a Chinese ROM to avoid violating my personal data by Google but in return, I give everything to the Chineses. Is that it or Chinese ROM are safe??
Are there alternative ROMs for the Xiaomi?
Thanks sir !
Well, in your case the only real solution for now is to flash any of the Treble-compatible ROMs without installing gapps, but the experience will be far less polished compared to official Xiaomi ROMs.
Thanks a lot Teddy... I will wait for the new Pixel then and pry for a CopperheadOS release!
You can just root it and remove everything Google via titanium backup
Hey! I know, that my my questions is maybe stupid in this time, because I read that just is not GCAM supported anymore on Redmi Note 4. I have TWRP flash, Magisk installer with rooted unlocked phone. I installed via TWRP flash also Camera2api, and I tried to install also via Magisk manager. I tried a lot of version from internet, many many GCAM and other ports , and I'm just now totally lose. I have lasted official Android 7 Nougat with MIUI 10. I read lot of webpages, tried everything . Just now I have headache from that Therefore I would like to ask, if is any chance, how to get ARCORE on my phone with this official firmware? I don't want to flash my phone. However, if it will not be possible, I will think about stable flash. Also I would like to ask, where I will download this original firmware, if I will want to go back. I have snapdragon 625 CPU.
Thanks for any informations.
miui 10 official rom not support gcam as of now but many people are petition to enable or support it. you can get ARCORE but installing apk but I'll test it in Pixel Experience which is custom rom and aex rom also, ARCore in AR Stickers using GCam. my bad English
Hi. I am new to xda and android. I just want to know what is vanilla type custom roms. i know it doesnt have gapps. right? (that we need to flash gapps separately) By why some devs make gapps separately, i mean cant they include it in their custom roms. I also know there are gpps included custom roms also. But i am curious that some people like vanilla type custom roms. Why? Is there any advantage in using vanilla custom roms than a preincluded gapps roms? Just curious to know. I googled this but didnt found any apt answer. Hope u huys understand my question ☺
GMS ( AKA GApps ) is propietary stuff copyrighted by Google, hence can not get embedded in Custom ROMs unless developers of Custom ROMs obtain a licence to make use of GMS.

I'm one of those guys. All of our devices are GApps free i.e. without any Google services or applications. I don't want Google to track me and/or my usage behaviour; simple as that. My data are my data, and I decide what happens with them.
I'm using microG instead to be able to use (for me very few) applications that require Google services. If further interested, have a look at following threads (but there're more around):
[APP] microG GmsCore - lightweight free software clone of Google Play Services

GApps free - microG is all you need!
...why do I post this? Actually, I hoped to achieve less battery drainage without Google's well known tendency to permanently collect and transmit data. However, my initial observations don't prove extended battery life but I'm going to...

For this S7 Exynos?
I've used a ton of these roms, but..Can any of these be completely de-googled?
lingeageos
find lingeageos from roms
We have LineageOS, Vanilla and microG
You could try e/OS but it ain't that good in my opinion
Every Lineage rom there is in this forum, comes with the phrase "Install gapps right after installing the rom itself don't try to boot to system before that if you want to use gapps (Or wipe data before installing them)" ...
So... Am I supposed to install GApps, and then microG on top of this "de-Googled" option?
Or can I install microG, from TWRP directly? And skip that step?

No.
Its not mandatory to install gapps in the first place.
Also you can directly install microG in place of gapps or just use the LineageOS microG version which you can find here
I was considering /e/ myself because it has an official ROM for this phone:
Info about Samsung Galaxy S7 - herolte
At least you can see what bugs have been reported with it there and decide for yourself if any of them look important for you or not. I don't know if any of the LineageOS community builds on the forums are likely to be better or worse in this regard? The other bit of info I can't find is how easy it is to go back to stock ROM if you have any issues with it. It appears to be based on Android 10 (Q), and I've heard it can be difficult to downgrade again to older Android versions?
For de-Googling it goes a bit deeper than just leaving out Google Play Services, but whether you care about lower level pings is up to you:

Calls to Google servers
Here is a decent overview:
And here is my initial failed attempt to de-Google the stock ROM. If anyone can help with troubleshooting that it would be much appreciated, or maybe I need to post it in a separate thread?

Hoping I can get some feedback or comments on some questions I have on the 12s ultra which I own and plan on installing the EU ROM on it.
1. Is the EU ROM more relaxed when it comes to app permissions compared to the original Chinese one which is notorious about restricting app functions?
2. Is the eu/4-rom the only other RAM available to install on this phone, are there any planned custom versions coming out?
3. Are there any known developers in the XDA community that would be willing / interested to work on a custom ROM for this phone? I'd be willing to commission such a project as I've done numerous times for other phones I've had.

The EU ROM is based on the Chinese ROM of the same version but is far more user friendly. Pop over to their forum here and have a read. If you more info on their ROM itself or where to download the latest, take a look here.

1. Somewhat....I do find I need to go change some permissions manually on new apps sometimes. There is a great xposed module that removes the timer for changing admin and accessibility settings .
2. There are some other roms floating around that work on any generic android.
3. Naw, EU is probaly the best bet unless you wanna translate/convert a chinese rom.
Get Exposed with magisk and you can customize pretty well.
My only major complaint is google voice/assistant integration doesn't work well with lock screen.

Yes I did, the issue turned out to be my cell phone provider... I had to get into a 5G area and then it worked.
