Nice update
I'm on Evolution X Android 13 and it's pretty good except a few annoying major bugs.
Playing youtube videos will randomly lock up the phone or crash the app - especially when rotating or watching in a small window.
There's a memory management problem and Google Chrome fails to load websites if other apps are loaded into memory in the background. The only way to solve this is to clear all previous apps.
If these issues are fixed I'll happily give this ROM a go.
Has anyone tried this yet?

rom is perfect but jus Unfortunately miror cast is not working
rom is very stable and fast but i couldn't any software in rom for camera

Just try similar ROMs for 1week for each...you should see what I mean. I don't know why I just love it. It's battery optimized like linageos20 and pixelexperience but better than linageOs20 cuz linage don't show phone calls!! Phone calls hidden in linage os!
And better than pixelexperience cuz if you advance reboot to TWRP in pixel you will reboot to fastboot and you never can go out of it (even with hard reboot with holding power button!)and should connect to PC and run this code to go out:

Did you compare with Evo X 13 ? Can you mention any problems you faced with Evo X.
Personally the Picture in picture issues are a huge problem to me, they even occur with PiP turned off + Video stutters every few seconds. Battery life is good though.
To those who installed the rom or use similar roms with android 13. Can you get google assistant to trigger by "ok google" I can't get it to work no matter what I try.
If theres any solution I would love to know, Thanks!

Install assistant from the play store. Note : this worked for me on Evo X 13 but did not work on Pixel Extended 13

EvoX is just a Battery draining monster!
I don't know why and I don't love bunch of costumizations that we have on EvoX.
But I know that I used this EvoX ... for many times and I removed after some weeks always.yes It's buggy too its one of the features of this rom all times: (bug )

Developers of all roms will understand that we need costume roms at first for escaping "Goolag apps".
And secondly for privacy,so we need fully opensource roms but allways we need to install a "fw11" for each rom and its not an open source app
Please append vanilla version of this rom without any unnecessary application and goolag apps (gapps)

I like google apps though, they give a more polished experience than using one third party app for everything.

It is just my personal opinion and my choice, please don't tell me what to do, that is a lot more offensive than any privacy invading app . Gapps don't bother me, if they bother you it's your choice, you may ask for it, do what's required to get rid of it, all your choices my friend.

This one, project elixir.
Seems to be the smoothest and with less bugs from the avaiable ones.
But still can't get the assistant to answer to "ok Google"

That is amazing. Literally the closest to a perfect rom for me. i have questions about some stuff if its available. and if it isnt, its ok but it will be great if you took them as suggestions.
What kind of camera app in the ROM? ANX camera is good as a start.
is there call recording feature included? I know i can get it with root and other apps but getting such feature is better when being part of the system.
Can you add the "clear speakers" feature from MIUI? I live in a dusty country so this feature is a life saver.
The ROM is still great and thank you for your work on our beloved x3 pro!
Edit: forgot to ask. What is the required firmware? MIUI 12.5.7 doesn't have ghost touch so i suppose 12.5.7 should work great with it.

Hello! I'm testing the ROM, very aesthetically pleasing and so far pretty stable, do you consider adding in the future these following options?
- Classic notification ticker on the statusbar
- Option to hide statusbar only on lockscreen
- Clear All button for the recents page

Got bored and flashed... Verizon works. Calls, texts, and LTE + are a go!
Are you guys Flashing this ROM using TWRP? I didn't even think that was a thing, any longer especially with A12 Roms. But since the Install instructions. Say wipe using the YES command as Step one it must be recommending TRWP as opposed to sideloading with another recovery in fastboot. Any particular TWRP recommended it's been a long time since I have used TWRP?
Anyone that is already using this care to check if the status bar clock customization include the option to make the date show as an example: Sat Jun 11? I have been searching for a ROM that will do this for months since my favorite ROM was discontinued and my current one is great but missing this one feature.

1. No TWRP for me. Extracted boot.img, flashed, restarted in recovery mode and adb sideloaded the rom.
2. Yes, it is possible to show the date, and you can choose between a lot of formats.

Thanks that is great info very excited to try it. guess I need to research how to extract the boot image, it is something I have never had to learn to do.

Thank you very much. that does seem very straightforward now. I was just able to extract the Boot.img in less than 5 minutes. Thanks again for sharing that.

Thanks again for your help in getting this ROM up and running I really appreciate it.
To the developers Kudos on this it is perfect in my book. Ever since A12 I have not been able to find a ROM that checked all the boxes until now this now has them all, much appreciated.
So happy to finally have the status bar date option back and at least for me this is the first A12 ROM where I can get nice Dark colors using the Monet engine, it has been driving me crazy for months that I always had to settle for these crappy pastels. I never thought I was going to be truly satisfied with and Android 12 design until now. Thanks guys.

You can use twrp without any issue, work 100% and more fast without using PC, remember tò disabile PIN/password of you want update cause twrp can't read internal strage of encrypted.
Would it be possible to add adjust brightness from the statusbar and have the volume key shortcuts (skip track and keyboard cursor control) in a future update?

Screen doesn't work after installing ROM, touch is not detected
Nice work, for me face unlock didn't work, trying to connect to celular data made the phone lock the screen and blink on and off indefinitely, rebooting the phone solved the problem but it comes back if i dial something in the connections tab, the color profile screen had like 15 options, most of them were nameles, and just 3 out of the 15 worked, fingerprint didn't work out of the box, i had to add it again but after that no problem.

Rom is not stable yet without RUI3 kernel source so might take some times to get stable roms. Stay tuned

The 'select' feature is not included in ROM cause the launcher is based on launcher 3. U can use pixel extended launcher instead.

Great Rom for daily use, came at the right time i lost hope on new roms for pixel 4a.
@Unknownbitch Could you add icon shareps if possible in future builds, everything great with this rom so far, just missing icon shpes feature.
Wow, this rom is damn stable and fluid. The only bugs I have is that now playing and live caption are not working. It says "downloading song database" and "update your software to use live caption".
Despite this, everything is working great, thanks to all the devs involved in this project.

root : check
google research : check (i'm on it since 2 days)
adb devices : my device is found
problem : adb sideload projectelixir.zip -> error 21 something like cannot verify the whole file
if someone can explain what i've miss it'll be very nice!

First u have to boot into the boot.img provided in the download link then do adb sideload

You can find flashing instructions in download section for Pixel 6A on Project Elixir site, you'll find Elixir recovery in there too

Thanks for the rom. I've flashed the rom successfully, but how do I get boot.img so I can get root?
EDIT: Unsure if this is the right way, but I was able to extract boot.img using payload-dumper-go.exe

Hello great rom I was wondering how do u change the clock on the lock screen I can't find it thx
Flashed the rom and liked it in the first instance. It's the one which is quite distinct in its ui. Thank You
REally good Rom - ran it for a few days. It's FAST! and everything worked fine - all apps worked fine as well. I did have high battery drain...it "felt" like the CPU was juiced to the gills as the phone was also running hot. But everything ran fast and worked

Hi, installed yesterday everything seems good so far except for one thing, system settings crashes when trying to enter lockscreen settings into display.
No one has the same issue?
