Hi guys im from Philippines. I need help for my LG LMV450PM because my device is locked to sprint sim only. And the UICC UNLOCK IS NOT WORKING. AUTHENTICATION ERROR. How can i unlock to the other network? Can i unlock this by flashing other firmware or rom? Please give me details and files to unlock this device.

I can't speak for your particular carrier, but with T-Mobile, you put a SIM card in from another carrier and it immediately, upon boot completion, asks for an unlock code. Put in the unlock code and viola(!), you're golden!

if it asks for a code then we might be in business and have just found a way to enter a normal unlock code since we dont get a prompt when we put a non t-mobile sim in a custom rom'ed H83020i_un....

If a latest phone (lg v50) is locked to SPRINT in the USA, will a UK network sim work in it in the UK? If so, what UK network sim will work in a sprint locked phone?
Or will it need to be unlocked first?
If it needs to be unlocked, is it possible to unlock sprint locked phones WITHOUT going to sprint? Inserting another network sim gives the message "Invalid sim" without any way to insert an unlock code.

There's no way around it. T mobile will have to unlock it through their service, it's a push update for a reason.
If you bootloader unlock with sampwn to try some sim unlock workaround, or official unlock through t mobile, it will relock your bootloader forever.
So handle that sim unlock through tmobile first.
