Now I really miss the updates that the chinese mate 30 pro had about 3 times a month.
My p40 pro being a european version still hasn't had the latest update, I'm still on 114...
Anyway of converting my phone to chinese varient? Or downloading and installing the latest from china to install on my phone?

I'm trying to root my Huawei p 30 lite new edition Mar-lx1b for doing that I'm trying to enable Software test point using Dc phoenix. But to do that I need an Android Stock Rom for my Huawei p 30 lite new edition Mar-lx1b. I have searched long but didn't found a Stockrom (I only need the UPDATE.app) So I have thought that it is possible that some people from the StackOverflow forum already have unlocked his Huawei p 30 lite new edition Mar-lx1b. Can I change the country and vendor and install a normal Europe firmware C432?
Or is there a C652-Firmware without demo content? Or i change to C900?

Don't even know what demo mode is, but you can simply disable it in Developer Options.
In Developer Options the demo mode is disabled.
The Demo is in the Firmware and start after few seconds with video.
i have the same problem with my p40 pro (c652), the problem with the demo is that you cann't update your phone. for exemple p40 pro is now on emui 12 but my phone still on 10, i don't know if i can download a firmeware (c432), it will be work for my phone ?
I had a p40 pro ELS-N29 10.1.0.104D(C652E5R3P1) then I found MOS -> https://youtube.com/c/Ministryofsolutionsofficial He rebranded my p40 pro remotely to 10.1.0.114(C432E8R5P2) with Sigma for 40$.
I installed GMS and upgraded to emui 10 then 11 and ultimately to emui 12, all trough OTA updates.

this device became old and already goy it's last update emui 10 in 2019 .but readinf in some websites like huaweicentral that it will get emui 12 update as other old devices such huawei mate 10 pro and p 20 pro.first i thought it's just a rumour butt since the mate 10 pro got the emui 12 update recently, i hope that honor v10 also will be updaed since it has the same processor and launch year as mate 10 pro.
wondering if someone got the update or any official information if it will be updated.
any news?
