I am new to phone rooting and custom ROMs and i got a little excited and tried to install xiami eu on my Poco X3 NFC myself without a watching tutorial but now im stuck on twrp and i cant share anything to my phone using my computer and this is what i see on my pc. i would appreciate any help which would help me acces my phone again

I recently bought a p20 lite from Facebook and i think the previous owner must have flashed the wrong firmware. In developer options there is no oem unlock button, and i tried eRecovery and it didn't work. The phone is dual sim, some apps see as if the phone is rooted and when i check with root checker, there's no root. I'm from South Africa and i hope i provided the necessary information. I would like to find the original firmware so that i can update my phone to other android versions like 9 or 10 and root if possible. Please Help?!

Mine goal is to connect using my pc or my primary android phone, to connect to my other phones whic are 100 KM away from me,
Curently i testing that with my xiaomi mi 11 lite with android 12 on it
this is a problem
I need to have full acces without to need confrim on remote phone every time, as i can read online that is problem with new android
So is there any workaraound for this ?
i actualy planed to buy 3-4samsung a70 or 72
i think i will have same issuse
or i need to find like old s7 with older android version on it
