Today I want to present mine Adb and Fastboot Installer fully updated and fully worked. Yes it's true there are some other project, but this Installer contains the lastest fastboot and adb exe. This installer will create a folder in c:\\ or in your system path that will contain fastboot and adb files. When you finish the installation, you can use the adb commands freely and above all from any folder or path you want; in addition with the latest update you will not have problems with the vendor id of just phones known.

I am also the same, error7 (my device is the Chinese version, model is l20)
I checked a lot of information there are tools. The The Found an interesting thing. China, has a lineage of Vineageos, Mokee Os. I use Chrome's ROM flash tool (web page), installing Mokee, you can normal access to the system, no error, and then put mekey to Lineageos, installation process did not appear error, but can not be started, repeated boot screen, flashing unlocking warning interface, automatically enter TWRP. (I tried to clear the data, r.i.p.) I do not know what reason is that I installed Lineage with you (Error7). May be your system version too high (Mokee installation instructions, require EMUI9, version not less than 156, Lineageos does not indicate this thing)
This is the website, you can check it out.
