Hello,
my poco x3 nfc boots in rmain menu of the recovery mode and stucks there. Reboot ends up again the recovery mode. Maybe its because I uninstalled "com.miui.guardprovider"?
How can I install it back again while in the loop?
Is it possible to access my data from there like pictures and files or even get out of this loop?

Ok I understand that you can't reinstall what you deleted with ADB, but did you unlock the bootloader?

In TWRP you can set a password lock on the recovery screen. This should prevent anyone from accessing the factory reset option from the recovery menu.
As it relates to tracking, Google device manager can be used for that.

I really don't know much about fastboot.
But maybe you can add a password and try fastboot to unlock it.

You can turn usb debugging off then password protect your settings apk, that will prevent anyone from turning usb debugging back on, this will prevent them flashing it because fastboot won't recognize the device.
I will warn you though. If you go through all of this to prevent anyone from flashing your phone and then your phone randomly softbricks, you'll have to flash the device to fix it, with all the things you're doing to prevent flashing, you wouldn't be able to connect to PC to fix the device. You'll get your own foot caught in your own trap. Be warned.

Ok, here's the deal.
I recently got myself an unofficial version of TWRP.
Installed it, fine. I then downloaded SuperSu .zip and flashed it.
Tried booting my phone; nothing. OEM was unlocked, and i already made
a twrp backup, before making any changes. I am now stuck with a phone
that wont boot up (nothing happens upon boot), and FRP being locked in bootloader.
I realised some ROMs require a custom version of TWRP, which i cannot flash as FRP is locked
in boot loader, and i dont have access to "USB Debugging" since it wont boot. I tried installing
several different ROMs, including LineAge, CM14 and some others. No luck.
I also went to the manufacturer website (Huawei) to see if they would help me with this issue; no luck. Please help me restore
my device to its original state. Thanks a lot.

It shows up in fastboot, but FRP is locked. I guess FRP is usb debugging, since i cant make any changes.

The same happened to me. Try using vysor in pc. It shows your Mobile screen on pc. It worked for me. You dont need to install vysor n your mobile. Pc verion will auto install it on your device.

I have samsung galaxy A525f and I'm trying to install TWRP on my phone. My phone currently running Android 12.
I use Odin to install TWRP
when I install TWRP V.3.5.x, It says success but nothing happens! It loads old boot.
But when I install TWRP V. 3.6.x , It says success but It crashes the phone! No OS, just blue Download page with a red notice!
I downloaded from https://dl.twrp.me/a52q/
I used the latest version of Odin and samsung drivers

Did you format data before booting? If no, do that and see if that fixes your issue.
If you already formatted it flash this after flashing lineage and format data again.
