Anyone else having a issue with it saying connected sometimes then other times it just says connecting. I'm having lots of issues with messages not sending. Quite annoying..... Like I said it's connected sometimes and sometimes it's not . What seems to remedy this is removing the sim card and putting it back in .

Yup. Same issues on mine. Had to turn off chat features.

Oh I'm sorry! I was in the beta thread too, so I got mixed up. I only had the issue on the beta. With Android 12 on my Fold 3 and Fold 4, I have no issues.
On your device, go to
Account settings: Your browser is not supported.
myaccount.google.com
If your device is unchecked, check yhe nox and try again. It should work now

I'm sorry if I'll sound retarded but I just don't know much about this platform yet, so you may enlighten me on this one. A few minutes ago I was trying to save a favorite in the browser, but the phone didn't let me: an error message popped up telling me I was out of memory. What's that? I've got plenty of memory, is that a bug? I updated the firmware to the latest version just the other day, maybe this is what is causing the issue? I knew about a bug not allowing you to edit one, but this looks different. I also tried to delete the others but it didn't help. Thanks in advance.
update: apparently I can add favourites from any other site, but not from the specific one I was browsing. Now that is weird...

This cannot be Windows Phone! It's memory management surpasses thousands of other toys out there!
BTW, try this - look up your background tasks, see if manually turning one or two off gives you more room to favourite that particular page?
What happens after a restart? May be clearing all the temp files might be the case? I have only restarted/switched off my Titan 5 times max in last 3 months! 3 times was for updates and 2 times was because I wanted to drain battery to 0. Now that worries me because I am so used to restarting my old green man phones to keep temp and cache clear. - non-tech speculation this is.
Wooa, I found an answer by myself in the end...get ready because this one is pretty dumb: apparently the name given by default to the favourite was way too long, once I shortened it I could add it just fine. So I guess I found a new (very minor) bug: if the name is too long the phone displays an error message saying the phone memory is full, pretty weird heh...
Here's a link to the site I was trying to add, maybe you can reproduce the issue even on your Titan, let me know, I'm pretty curious

Is there any way whatsoever to make it ask me what default app I want to choose each time. As in, the old Just Once/Alway complete action dialog?
I've tried Complete Action Plus. Doesn't seem to have any effect.

I just came across something last night that's a decent workaround for most things.
Better Open With (sorry, no link; new member) prompts you with it's own UI, which is still pretty intuitive. It works by having you set the default application for each intent it supports (which isn't a lot, but it's most) to itself. Then, when you open something, it will bring up it's own dialog box that's pretty similar to the old style.
It doesn't have as much customization as Complete Action Plus did, but it gets you 80% there.

I thought it was lollipop forced as well, but both my Note 4 and my Note 10.1 2014 are running 5.1.1 and give me the choice of running specific apps just once or always, could it be the Note 5?

I have disabled NFC and all Android Pay/Samsung Pay apps, and still the 'N' icon still appears every now and then, and it will only go away if I restart the phone.
I notice that after a night of charging that most times I wake up and see the icon. I can't remember another situation when it happens, but I'm not using wireless charging so it's not being used. Does anyone know why this icon appears after disabling NFC, and how I could prevent it from doing so?

No, it's stock M. It's the AT&T variant G930A, which does not support root yet.. I'm wondering if there is any other app or something I could be doing that's dependent on NFC, but like I said I can't even turn on NFC if I wanted to, everything's been disabled which a package disabler.

In all seriousness, backup and try a full reset after you go through all Settings options fully; try restarting it as well before factory reset. Shouldnt be doing that. I have an S7 Active never had that issue but it would drive me nuts.

Since this reply found out the G930A is rooted now! I don't know where I've been the past week. Anyway, thank you for your help, I'm gonna do a backup and root and freeze the apps. See if that helps.

In my notification scren when i scroll down the message goes up again.Looks strange also i cant answer when i am in landscape mode.
Notice this problem with ONEui 3,0 android 11.(no root device, europian model exynos)
I made factory reset from phone settings twice, hard factory reset clear cashe repair apps from stock recovery.nothing..

I reported it once on the first initial one ui 3.0 and then again once I upgraded to ctl7, hopefully it gets fixed, but it doesn't seem like a priority to them. i actually just downgraded to 2.5 cause I hate the bugs they currently have.

Eventually is the time frame. Samsung took over a year to fix the Buds+ firmware. Lol not sure it's optimized even now and niether is Samsung
It probably will get fixed... eventually
Strange I'm not having this issue on mine at all. I got European version too but nordic one and my notification part is fine for me.

Samsung will substitute smaller chipsets and components during a production run if need be. Result is the firmware may not be compatible for those chipsets/components until the glitch is noticed and firmware updated to include them.
Add to that there are many variants of firmware because of different carriers and countries.
On new update 12.1.1.0: Android Auto is not working. Just a black screen. I tried re-installing the app. Android Auto was previously working for me (but would never launch apps like Spotify and TuneIn radio, had to start on my phone screen)
How to turn off the chat bubbles? I am using Textra SMS app.

I have the same issues with Android Auto. Tried everything I can think of including playing with permissions, Usb debugging and even hard resetting the phone post update to 12.1.1...however nothing works. I hope Xiaomi will push an update otherwise might have to get another phone.

No I'm not getting that popup. First time using AA too it asks if I wanted to use this USB device for AA, I press yes, but still doesn't work.
Decided to sell the 10 Ultra and get a Fold 2 instead. Lesson learned.

Right? I'm probably selling for OnePlus 9 pro. It especially sucks that no native Chinese/Global phones get good 4G or 5G in USA due to no support for band carrier aggregation.
