Which device are you using? Pixel Live Wallpapers apk already exists on Google Pixel devices as system apk file, hence the Pixel Live wallpaper 1.4 zip won't install directly. All other wallpapers will work directly on Pixel without any issues.
Ther should be no issues on other devices.
Cheers.

Does ANYONE know of any 100% fully working ports of :
Pixel Wallpapers 2017 (Pixel 2)
Pixel Wallpapers 2018 (Pixel 3)
Pixel Wallpapers 2019 (Pixel 4)
Pixel Wallpapers 2020 (Pixel 5)
???
All other ports are fully working, (live data, live earth, Eclipse, Pinball, Bloom, live bloom), but as far as the ones Ive listed above, at least 1 or 2 wallpapers from each year listed cause "unfortunately wallpapers 18 (or whatever year) has stopped" to occur. I have tried literally every available port on the web, and none function correctly on the 6a. However, they all work flawlessly on my old 4a..
I'm guessing this has something to do with the fact that they were all built back when Google was still using Qualcomm chips, before Tensor came along...
Just curious if anyone has found any 100% fully working versions of the ones I've listed abo6for the 6a?? Would be GREATLY APPRECIATED ...

Older apks were meant to work on SD powered devices indeed. Some shaders, function etc won't fully work on the newer Tensor (or Exynos) Soc and thus it'll most likely crash.
Obviously, it's possible to make all of them work but it's extremely time consuming and most of the important/popular wallpapers are already available on the new Tensor, either officially or from the ported apks.
Google devs working on these also clearly told me that they're not going to bring back the old wallpapers from Pixel 2,3,4 etc even though they work properly on the new Tensor as seen with these ported apks.
Google in-fact removed the Horizon wallpaper officially after the pixel 6a's September update. Luckily, I had already downloaded the wallpaper so mine is still there.
My friend had to uninstall all the updates to 'Pixel live wallpaper' app on his Pixel 6a and then download the Horizon wallpaper before updating the app via Play Store.
Cheers.

Actually, horizon is 1 of the few ports that I've had no problem with getting working..
Others, such as sights from the sun, burst, etc, seem to always crash.

Actually, the Saturn/Pluto/Mars etc used to work with the Pixel live wallpaper 1.4 version given above even with Exynos/Tesnor socs.
But Pixel live wallpaper apk has now moved ahead to version 2 so you can't install the older version 1.4 now.
Probably I should reconfigure them.

[APP] HTC Sense Home Launcher for Non-Sense Devices

So apparently HTC has been working on bringing its Sense Home Launcher to non-HTC devices. Their latest beta apk seems to work fine on non-HTC devices. So far I've tested it out on my M8 running the latest H14 GPE and it seems to work fine enough (although I feel it looks less polished than the Sense 6/7 version with regards to Blinkfeed). Anyway, here's the link to the apk. Be sure to install the latest HTC Sense Home 8.01.775526 beta from June 30th. Apparently earlier versions don't work.
DOWNLOAD
- Can only be installed on devices running Android 4.4+
- Does not require root
Screenshots
Test Notes
1. Blinkfeed works. However I couldn't seem to get Facebook to work. It asked for authorization but it just looped endlessly.
2. HTC seems to have brought the theme store to non-HTC devices as well. Have not had the chance to test it out thoroughly, so do report here if it does (or doesn't) work as it should.
3. If you were hoping HTC also brought the iconic Sense widgets like the huge clock + weather, you'll be disappointed. Didn't find any trace of it in the settings.
Disclaimer
This is owned and created by HTC. I in no way am posting this as my own work nor will I be responsible for any mishaps or bugs that may occur. I'm merely sharing the link here for people to try. Also keep in mind this is still a beta product. Expect the occasional lag, stutter, crash or bugs here and there. Future updates may break compatibility with non-HTC devices so also keep that in mind.

Hi, RohinZaraki...
Well, I've just downloaded and installed this on my Nexus 9 tablet, which I suppose is cheating a bit 'cos it's built by HTC under license from Google... but running stock Marshmallow Android.
Anyhow, it works... sort of!
The major problem is it doesn't scale well for tablets. The icons are tiny and the app drawer looks vaguely ridiculous with tiny icons separated by lots of space, and with no way of changing the app drawer grid layout beyond 4x5.
And there's no way of adding more than four app icons to the dock bar.
On the upside, Blinkfeed works...
I was able to login to my Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr accounts and they all display in BlinkFeed without issues. News Republic also works too.
Odd that Google+ doesn't seem to be available though.
-------------
Anyway, thanks for sharing this, RohinZaraki - it's appreciated.
I'd read somewhere recently, that HTC where planning on making the Blinkfeed Launcher available for the wider Android community. I just didn't when, where or how it was going to happen.
-------------
I've appended some screenshots of how it looks on my Nexus 9.
Kind Rgrds,
Ged.
The latest version (26 July) works very well:
http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/htc-co...-sense-home-8-01-786968-android-apk-download/
Version 8.01 is for non HTC devices (in case someone looks for future updates).

Known issues
Live Earth (WallpapersBReel)
Your world, Solar system wallpaper will not work on Android M devices as they do not have createDeviceProtectedStorageContext() method in the framework. This method is introduced in Android N for the Direct Boot implementation. You can read more on this here. We need to disable this call by editing smali, I will try to do it later and if anyone is interested, please pm me.
Now, fixed without breaking the Active Boot functionality on Android 7.0+ devices, please check the download section.
Live Data (WallpapersUsTwo)
It uses Google GCM/Firebase so, when we resign the APK, it throws a security exception due to signature mismatch (visible in logcat). This makes the wallpaper very laggy and unstable. Although, it is working fine if you turn off the mobile data and WiFi.
Now, fixed by disabling the Google GCM. No side effects found yet. Please test and report.
Horizon crashes
Many users are facing Horizon live wallpaper crash in Android M. I have searched a bit and found that it is a known issue of Android M (6.0). I am trying to fix it by editing smali/xml but there has been no success yet.
The crash is fixed, it was some OpenGl ES error. On some devices, it is showing just a black screen and I can't do anything more as it is due to the fragment/pixel and vertex shader of the Horizon wallpaper.
Your world, Solar system crashes on Android N
I have tried to fix it, please download and test the APK from the below link. It should work on Android 6.0+ devices. If still issue occurs then, please post logs.

FAQs
How to set wallpaper on the lock screen?
It depends on the ROM. Please contact your ROM developer or device manufacturer.
Not working on Exynos, Kirin or any other chipset?
These wallpapers are designed according to the Snapdragon chipset so, I can't do much in this.
What will be the impact on battery life after using these wallpapers?
It depends on the device and chipset, we cannot control battery drain completely as these wallpapers perform some heavy OpenGL tasks in the background. Snapdragon 835 is a battery-efficient and powerful chipset so, these are perfect for Pixel 2/XL devices. If you are really concerned about the battery drain, please use All devices version as it is independent of the required library and hence less processing in the background. Although, some users experienced no battery drain and some have it. It is very uncertain and difficult to answer.
Working but why there is too much lag?
It really needs some good hardware so, don't expect them to be running smoothly on low-end devices (like Snapdragon 400 and 600 series). If lagging in higher-end devices (like Snapdragon 800 series) then, maybe some GPU drivers issue. Please report with logcats or contact your ROM developer.
What about arm32 (Nexus 6, OnePlus One, etc.) devices?
Some wallpapers are found to be working on some devices. Logcat posted by @pav2805 for device OnePlus One, clearly mentions that OpenGL ES version is not supported which means that hardware is incompatible. Unfortunately, no fix is available yet.
App not installed error on some Samsung or LG devices?
- Enable Samsung live wallpaper picker or LG live wallpaper picker from the package disabler. Give a thanks to @mohitgalaxy3 on this post.
- Do not select them from the Google Wallpapers app. Go to Settings > Wallpapers and themes > Wallpapers > View all. Once it shows all the wallpapers, select the 3 dots in the upper right corner, it should say Live wallpapers. Select the desired wallpaper and Apply. Give a thanks to @G0DLIKE DEMON on this post.

Just installed on my OP3 running 3.5.3 and it's working just fine. Just went to set the wallpapers, and they're in the list. Too bad they won't work on the lockscreen though!
Nice job on the port! Looks cool as heck!
Nice one!
Sadly as ARM is not supported it wont work on my LG G3.
I love the live wallpaper.
It works great apart from one wall that crashes, namely the Horizon live wallpaper. But that's no big deal.
Can you also port for android 6.0.1 the google pixel's "wallpapersUsTwo.apk"? It's those walls that change "mood" according to the weather and the time of the day. It installs without any problem, but all wallpapers crash. It needs android 7.0.
No chance of porting it to arm devices?

It is working fine on lock screen also (tested on Xperia Z5). You can set it separately for lock screen. Xperia has an option to do that, you need to find out in your device also.

Horizon wallpaper is working fine. Please try to clear data > uninstall. Then, reinstall the app.
I have already tried WallpapersUsTwo and below are my findings: -
1. I have managed to make it working on Android 6.0+ devices by doing various smali changes and I think it should work on all ARM devices as it does not has any shared library (.so file).
2. It uses Google GCM/Firebase so, when we re-sign the apk, it throws security exception due to signature mismatch (visible in logcat). This makes wallpaper very laggy and unstable. Although, it is working fine if you turn off the mobile data and WiFi. Please use the attached apk to test it.
3. Now, we need to disable the GCM or it can only be installed as system app (by retaining the old signature) on rooted devices.
Use Root apk if you have rooted device and signature verification disabled.
1. Rename attached apk to WallpapersUsTwo.apk
2. Move to system/app/WallpapersUsTwo with rw-r--r-- permissions.
Please test and report in this thread !!!

I tested the alpha apk. Unfortunately it does not work as it should... Whilst it installs without any problem and I can see and choose the live wallpapers, when I do, I get a black screen. Maybe it will eventually load the wallpaper, but then if I lock and unclock the phone I get again the black screen for some seconds before I see the wallpaper.
I still cannot get the Horizon wall to work. As soon as I choose it, I get a crash report.

Pixel 2 launcher for non-rooted Pixel 1?

Hey everybody,
There are some threads that contain the pixel 2 launcher apk and I have tried to install it without rooting and deleting the original pixel launcher but no success. Is there's anyways I can install the pixel 2 launcher without rooting my device?
Thanks in advance.
I side loaded this and have been running it for the past week without issue.

Just install the APK over your existing pixel launcher... It's just an updated version so you don't need to delete anything ... Same with the 5.0 camera app that allows for the new hdr advance and motion capture for pictures... ( Only problem now is the play store will update to 5.1 which disables the extra features in pixel 1s ...

A newer version available in the Play Store will trigger an update, and if you have Auto Update turned on, it happens automatically.
Hmm I just installed and even with my black wallpaper I'm still getting the white theme in the app drawer, settings, etc.

I don't even want the new launcher, I think it looks worse than the old one... but I am a little annoyed that Google seem to be holding back features that would work perfectly fine on the first gen pixels just to keep them exclusive. Mostly I am referring to the camera. Seems a bit poor to screw over people who spent lots of money on their hardware 12 months (or less) ago.

Also, I found a way to enable the clipboard on gboard and enable the sand theme & it actually sticks. (For some reason just setting the clipboard to true and the sand theme to true won't work normally)
Use root explorer, go to

Then shared prefs & long press "exp_config.xml" & change the SE context to "u : object_r : shell_exec:s0"
You don't have to manually input that you can select it from the list. Then edit the "exp_config.xml" file & change clipboard to true and Sand theme to true. Since you changed the SE contex it'll actually work and the clipboard and theme won't disappear. But if you're using Smurf kernel for some reason it doesn't stick. The the sand theme is so dope looking
Hey, you can just edit the name in the url for another app url name & join their full beta program too, I joined about 50 full beta programs last week.
Here's the link to join OnePlus switch beta program that's full, & here's the link for drive sync beta program that's also full

Can this launcher be used on a pixel 2xl? Desperately want to have the new gestures, and I don't think there is an oxygen os port available for my device. (Lineage has a lot of features but I'm not sure it's compatible neither). It'll be a couple months before I get a OnePlus 6t
Thanks

I'm still busy cleaning up the cyber week deals. I actually was browsing a website that was so run through they had pixel dock & pixel buds listed for 0.00 . I was like that's a great deal. So I ordered them . I paid zero for pixel dock & buds ?. Then Google fudged up some of my shipments so I got 25 Google play credit & 50 Google store credit. Then I tore up Google Express with promo codes & made best buy do some hefty price matchs. I'm almost done. Just got to get my pixel XL 3 fog case ordered with a promo code then I can finally see?Wait what I'm I testing out again. This thread is about the beta launcher sign up even know it's full. Ok and you want me to test it on my pixel phone to see if it works. If I can put my OnePlus 6 down I'll try
I realized, the new launcher requires you to enable the gestures in the settings app (native to oxygen os?)
I wonder if the apk could be modified to enable the new multitasking UI gestures? I wonder if it could be added to an existing custom rom?
Just spitballing, it seems people have the new launcher working on some asop pie roms, however I'd like to see the tmobile version of the launcher (i think some with root are swapping or using modules etc on international versions) with the google feed, and the new nav gestures to boot.)
cheers,
-g

Bro if the devs get onePlus launcher working on the pixel rom, Thatd be hella cool. OnePlus gestures are the biz
OnePlus has gone all Hollywood now though. They some tryN to support the Devs no more, accept blu Sparks. He fixes what they don't. First they got rid of the OnePlus girl who knows what's coming next, that's why I ain't getting rid of my OnePlus 6 it could be the last of the best OnePlus devices
What thread is this what is going on is this future or past.
I'll see you again in 25 years ?
Ok, I meant 25 minutes, my bad my Gboard gots the clipboard set as shell sporting the same theme in beta and I was watching twin peaks the return so Google Assistant entered years and did the Lara Palmer hand thing, not me. But the Gboard is so dope work sand theme.. I tried to type to type a tutorial on how to get it to stick, but my gboard and my teaching skills I guess they ain't that good cuz no one think me. You see you can't get the clipboard and the sand thing to stick especially on Smurf kernel. But it probably got buried. No one likes me on XDA. Cuz I'm getting up to get down. And I don't if OnePlus launcher works in the pixel XL 3. Cuz I just try to download it and then I just was like, forget this, I'm signing up for the free month of project fee right now that just started a couple hours ago. Pixel lunchers is the biz ,I was like OnePlus who. This phone is the business the pixel 3 XL. The OnePlus 6 way too fast for me, I'm already fast enough and then you had all that ran and speed and quick charge I stopped sleeping. So I think the answer is no I don't know I got to go hit up the pixel 3 XL forms. That's where everyone's going. OnePlus went Hollywood and stop the dev program
I'm so sorry about so the post. My friends unlocked my phone when I passed out in adb mode with face unlock and did that. I didn't spam my own thread.. I'm already got about of write ups. Don't be like that guy that works at the bank as a teller.. don't tell mr. Wizard good thing he's on Christmas break

Question Trying to make my S22 Ultra look like a Pixel 7/7 Pro

Hey all,
Background: I used to do a lot of messing with my older android phones, flashing custom recoveries, custom roms, nightly builds, etc. but it has been YEARS since I messed around.
I want to try and get back into it a bit, specifically I want to get my S22 Ultra to "look" like a Pixel 7 OS. I know I used to be able to find roms like that for future versions of android or other phones, etc. back in the day but i'm not really seeing much of that type of development now.
So my question is: what is the BEST way to make my phone feel like a Pixel? Is it to use Magisk to edit features, etc.? Are there any sorts of...presets or anything in Magisk? I've never used it. Also, on the TWRP website, they don't have recoveries for the S22u, are there any manually compiled ones?
Sorry, it has been a LONG while since I did anything like this, you can direct me to other threads if things are answered, I would appreciate it!
Thanks!

Hi! thanks for the reply! no, not quite just the icons and such, more like. the settings menu, the pulldown bar, the power options, like everything to be like the phone IS a Pixel
Why would you want to take a $1200+ top of the line smartphone and make it imitate a mediocre Google product? You could have saved a lot of money and time and just bought a Pixel 7!

the pixel 7 pro wasn't out when i got my s22u and just for the sake of trying it tbh, i like the Pixel OS
So you need to find a compatible launcher that imitates the AOSP environment. Good luck.
Lawnchair Launcher imitates the Pixel Launcher with a lot more options...
Been using it for yeeaarrssss (Since I had launch day Pixel)

i'm using lawnchair currently but it's not the full experience. it's still Samsung OS. i'm trying to replace the whoooole experience, but thank you!
#hex theme, lawnchair, kwgt widgets, icon packs and Google apps will be the closest you will get for now.

So i bought it for $1.99 and installed it, and when i launch it, it says there's a licensing error and to reinstall. i reinstall, same thing. is it because i'm on the OneUI 5 beta?

I have to say when I installed beta 1 I had this same problem. For whatever reason it started working again the next update.

Hi hex installer works fine on oneUI 5.1
And using
Hex installer (play store)
Nova launcher (play store)
Good lock (galaxy store)
Pixelful icon pack (play store)
But you will need root or use ADB via pc/laptop
If this is the look you are after

Just a friendly note/warning. If those are your actual IMEIs in your screenshots ypu may want to delete or edit that screen shot. Usually not a good idea to share your IMEI publicly.
